1. Decides, for the purposes of fulfilling the provisions of article 28 of the Convention, to reconvene, at its twelfth session, the open-ended Ad Hoc Group of Experts to examine further, and make recommendations on, the following:
1- يقرر، لأغراض الوفاء بأحكام المادة ٢٨ من الاتفاقية، أن يدعو من جديد في دورته الثانية عشرة، فريق الخبراء المخصص المفتوح باب العضوية إلى الانعقاد لمواصلة بحث ما يلي وتقديم توصيات بشأن ذلك:

We are willing to further examine those recommendations with other delegations and the Secretariat.
وإننا على استعداد لمواصلة بحث هذه التوصيات مع الوفود الأخرى والأمانة العامة.

1- يقرر، لأغراض الوفاء بأحكام المادة ٢٨ من الاتفاقية، أن يدعو من جديد في دورته الحادية عشرة، فريق الخبراء المخصص المفتوح باب العضوية إلى الانعقاد لمواصلة بحث ما يلي وتقديم توصيات بشأن ذلك:

Paragraph 4 provided for the establishment of a working group of the Sixth Committee to examine further the question of a convention or other appropriate action on the basis of the articles.
وتنص الفقرة 4 من المنطوق على إنشاء فريق عامل تابع للجنة السادسة لمواصلة بحث مسألة وضع اتفاقية أو اتخاذ إجراء مناسب آخر استناداً إلى المواد.

Decides, for the purposes of fulfilling the provisions of article 28 of the Convention, to reconvene, at its eighth session, the open-ended Ad Hoc Group of Experts to examine further and make recommendations on the following issues:
١- يقرر لأغراض الوفاء بما ورد في المادة ٢٨ من الاتفاقية، أن يدعو من جديد في دورته الثامنة، فريق الخبراء المخصص المفتوح باب العضوية إلى الانعقاد لمواصلة بحث المسألتين التاليتين وتقديم توصيات بشأنهما:

The Committee appointed a rapporteur to further examine the information related to the first submission registered under the Committee's inquiry procedure.
19- وعينت اللجنة مقرراً لمواصلة بحث المعلومات المتصلة بالرسالة الأولى المسجلة بموجب إجرائها المتعلق بالتحري.

A series of follow-up regional meetings were convened to further explore the issue.
وعقدت سلسلة من اجتماعات المتابعة الإقليمية لمواصلة بحث هذه المسألة.

They noted with satisfaction the convening of another Panel of Governmental Experts to explore further the issue of missiles in all its aspects.
وأحاطوا علماً مع الارتياح بإنشاء فريق آخر من الخبراء الحكوميين لمواصلة بحث مسألة القذائف من جميع جوانبها.

5. A third inter-committee meeting was convened from 21 to 22 June 2004 to further consider options for coordinating and streamlining the work of the treaty bodies and harmonizing reporting requirements.
5 - وعقد اجتماع ثالث مشترك بين اللجان يومي 21 و 22 حزيران/يونيه 2004 لمواصلة بحث سبل تنسيق وتبسيط أعمال الهيئات المنشأة بموجب معاهدات ومواءمة مقتضيات تقديم التقارير الخاصة بها.

The Special Rapporteur's findings set out in paragraph 174 of the Commission's report provided a sound basis for further consideration of the topic and might assist States in identifying relevant principles if the Commission should continue to explore practical scenarios to which the work on the topic might apply.
وأشار إلى أن النتائج التي توصل إليها المقرِّر الخاص والمبيَّنة في الفقرة 174 من تقرير اللجنة توفر أساساً صلباً لمواصلة بحث الموضوع، ولعلها تساعد الدول في تحديد مبادئ ذات صلة إذا ما قدِّر للجنة أن تواصل استطلاع سيناريوهات عملية ربما تنطبق عليها الأعمال الجارية بشأن هذا الموضوع.

The representative of another regional group stated that the debate had opened the door to further discussion of the indicators in the future.
وقال ممثل مجموعة إقليمية أخرى إن النقاش فتح الباب لمواصلة بحث المؤشرات في المستقبل.
