17. The General Assembly, by its resolution 50/238 of 7 June 1996, appropriated $7,478,900 gross for the maintenance of the Mission for the period from 1 July 1996 to 30 June 1997.
٧١ - اعتمدت الجمعيــة العامــة، في قرارها ٥٠/٢٣٨ المؤرخ ٧ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٦، مبلغــا إجماليــه ٠٠٩ ٤٧٨ ٧ دولار لمواصلة بعثة المراقبين في الفترة من ١ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٦ إلى ٣٠ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٧.

The proposed budget reflects a decrease of $3,489,000 gross in comparison with resources provided for the maintenance of the Mission for the period from 1 July 1995 to 30 June 1996.
وتعكس الميزانية المقترحة نقصانا إجماليه ٠٠٠ ٤٨٩ ٣ دولار بالمقارنة بالموارد المرصودة لمواصلة بعثة التحقــق لفترة الاثنــي عشــر شهــرا السابقة، الممتدة من ١ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٥ الى ٣٠ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٦.

9. Decides also to appropriate to the Special Account the amount of $1,251,800 gross ($1,220,100 net) for the maintenance of the United Nations Observer Mission in Georgia for the period from 1 February to 31 March 1994;
٩ - تقرر أيضــا أن تعتمــد للحساب الخــاص مبلغــــا إجماليـــه ٨٠٠ ٢٥١ ١ دولار )صافيه ١٠٠ ٢٢٠ ١ دولار( لمواصلة بعثة مراقبي اﻷمم المتحدة في جورجيا للفترة من ١ شباط/فبراير الى ٣١ آذار/مارس ١٩٩٤؛

(a) To appropriate and assess the additional amount of $65,789,000 gross ($66,606,500 net) for the maintenance of UNAMSIL for the period from 1 July 1999 to 30 June 2000;
(أ) اعتمــاد وتقسيـــم المبلـغ الإضافــي وإجماليه 000 789 65 دولار (صافيه 500 606 66 دولار) لمواصلة بعثة الأمم المتحدة في سيراليون للفترة من 1 تموز/يوليه 1999 إلى 30 حزيران/يونيه عام 2000.

(c) To assess the amount of $47,672,640 gross ($47,296,560 net) for the maintenance of UNAMSIL for the period from 1 July to 6 August 2000;
(ج) تقسيم مبلغ إجماليه 640 672 47 دولار (صافيه 560 396 47 دولار) لمواصلة بعثة الأمم المتحدة في سيراليون للفترة من 1 تموز/يوليه إلى 6 آب/أغسطس 2000.

16. The General Assembly, in its resolution 51/234 of 13 June 1997, appropriated $51,487,500 gross for the maintenance of UNIKOM for the period from 1 July 1997 to 30 June 1998, subject to review by the Security Council with regard to the question of termination or continuation of the Mission.
١٦ - اعتمدت الجمعيــة العامــة، فــي قرارها ٥١/٢٣٤ المؤرخ ١٣ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٧، مبلغا إجماليه ٥٠٠ ٤٨٧ ٥١ دولار لمواصلة بعثة المراقبة في العراق والكويت للفترة الممتدة من ١ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٧ إلى ٣٠ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٨، رهنا باستعراض مجلس اﻷمن لمسألة إنهاء البعثة أو مواصلتها.

16. The General Assembly, in its resolution 52/238 of 26 June 1998, appropriated $52,143,800 gross for the maintenance of UNIKOM for the period from 1 July 1998 to 31 June 1999, subject to review by the Security Council with regard to the question of termination or continuation of the Mission.
١٦ - اعتمدت الجمعيـة العامــة، في قرارها ٥٢/٢٣٨ المــؤرخ ٢٦ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٨، مبلغا إجماليه ٨٠٠ ١٤٣ ٥٢ دولار لمواصلة بعثة المراقبة في العراق والكويت للفترة الممتدة من ١ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٨ إلى ٣٠ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٩، رهنا باستعراض مجلس اﻷمن لمسألة إنهاء البعثة أو مواصلتها.

1. The present report is presented in accordance with General Assembly decision 50/482 of 7 June 1996, by which the Assembly requested the Secretary-General to submit revised cost estimates for the maintenance of the United Nations Observer Mission in Liberia (UNOMIL) for the period from 1 July 1996 to 30 June 1997 by 1 September 1996.
١ - يقدم هذا التقرير عملا بمقرر الجمعية العامة ٥٠/٤٨٢ المؤرخ ٧ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٦، الذي طلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم تقديرات تكاليف منقحة لمواصلة بعثة مراقبي اﻷمم المتحدة في ليبريا للفترة من ١ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٦ إلى ٣٠ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٧ في موعد لا يتجاوز ١ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٦.

8. Decides to appropriate to the Special Account for the United Nations Observer Mission in Liberia the amount of 9,773,600 dollars gross (9,608,200 dollars net), for the maintenance of the Observer Mission for the period from 1 January to 31 January 1996;
٨ - تقرر أن تعتمـد للحسـاب الخـاص لبعثـة مراقبـي اﻷمـم المتحدة في ليبريا مبلغا إجماليه ٠٠٦ ٣٧٧ ٩ دولار )صافيه ٠٠٢ ٨٠٦ ٩ دولار(، لمواصلة بعثة المراقبين للفترة من ١ كانون الثاني/يناير إلى ١٣ كانون الثاني/يناير ٦٩٩١؛

14. The General Assembly, by its resolution 50/234 of 7 June 1996, appropriated $52,141,900 gross for the maintenance of UNIKOM for the period from 1 July 1996 to 30 June 1997, subject to review by the Security Council with regard to the question of termination or continuation of the Mission.
١٤ - اعتمدت الجمعيـــة العامة بموجب قرارها ٥٠/٢٣٤ المؤرخ ٧ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٦ مبلغا إجماليه ٩٠٠ ١٤١ ٥٢ دولار لمواصلة بعثة المراقبة للفترة من ١ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٦ إلى ٣٠ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٧، وهذا المبلغ مرهـــون باستعراض مجلس اﻷمن لمسألة إنهاء البعثة أو مواصلتها.

5. The Advisory Committee recalls that, by its resolution 51/3 of 17 October 1996, the General Assembly appropriated the amount of $14,016,000 gross ($13,186,800 net) for the maintenance of the Observer Mission for the period from 1 July 1996 to 30 June 1997, inclusive of the amount of $791,800 for the support account for peacekeeping operations.
٥ - تشير اللجنة الاستشارية إلى أن الجمعية العامة، بموجب قرارها ٥١/٣ المؤرخ ١٧ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر ١٩٩٦، اعتمدت مبلغا إجماليه ٠٠٠ ٠١٦ ١٤ دولار )صافيه ٨٠٠ ١٨٦ ١٣ دولار( لمواصلة بعثة المراقبين للفترة من ١ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٦ إلى ٣٠ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٧، شاملا مبلغ ٨٠٠ ٧٩١ دولار لحساب دعم عمليات حفظ السلام.

8. Decides to appropriate to the Special Account for the United Nations Observer Mission in Liberia the amount of 9,773,600 dollars gross (9,608,200 dollars net), for the maintenance of the Observer Mission for the period from 1 January to 31 January 1996;
٨ - تقرر أن تعتمـد للحسـاب الخـاص لبعثـة مراقبـي اﻷمـم المتحدة في ليبريا مبلغا إجماليه ٦٠٠ ٧٧٣ ٩ دولار )صافيه ٢٠٠ ٦٠٨ ٩ دولار(، لمواصلة بعثة المراقبين للفترة من ١ كانون الثاني/يناير إلى ٣١ كانون الثاني/يناير ١٩٩٦؛

9. Decides to appropriate to the Special Account the amount of 4,112,400 dollars gross (3,872,400 dollars net), authorized with the prior concurrence of the Advisory Committee under the terms of General Assembly resolution 48/229 of 23 December 1993, for the maintenance of the Verification Mission for the period from 1 October to 8 December 1994;
٩ - تقرر أن تعتمد للحساب الخاص مبلغا إجماليه ٤٠٠ ١١٢ ٤ دولار )صافيـه ٤٠٠ ٨٧٢ ٣ دولار( المأذون بــه بموافقــة مسبقة مـــن اللجنــة الاستشارية بموجب أحكام قرار الجمعية العامة ٤٨/٢٢٩ المؤرخ ٢٣ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٣، لمواصلة بعثة التحقق للفترة مـــن ١ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر إلى ٨ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٤؛

7. Decides to appropriate to the Special Account referred to in General Assembly resolution 45/260 an amount of 11,748,800 dollars gross (10,625,600 dollars net) authorized by the Assembly in paragraph 17 of its resolution 48/242 for the maintenance of the Observation Mission for the period from 1 May to 31 October 1994;
٧ - تقرر أن تعتمد للحساب الخاص المشار إليه في قرار الجمعية العامة ٥٤/٠٦٢ مبلغا إجماليه ٠٠٨ ٨٤٧ ١١ دولار )صافيه ٠٠٦ ٥٢٦ ٠١ دولار( أذنت به الجمعية العامة في الفقرة ٧١ من قرارها ٨٤/٢٤٢ لمواصلة بعثة المراقبة للفترة من ١ أيار/مايو إلى ١٣ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر ٤٩٩١؛

13. The General Assembly, in its resolution 50/234 of 7 June 1996, appropriated $52,141,900 gross for the maintenance of UNIKOM for the period from 1 July 1996 to 30 June 1997, subject to review by the Security Council with regard to the question of termination or continuation of the Mission.
١٣ - اعتمــدت الجمعيــة العامــة، في قرارهــا ٥٠/٢٣٤ المؤرخ ٧ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٦ مبلغا إجماليه ٩٠٠ ١٤١ ٥٢ دولار لمواصلة بعثة المراقبة للفترة من ١ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٦ إلى ٣٠ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٧، رهنا باستعراض مجلس اﻷمن لمسألة إنهاء البعثة أو مواصلتها.

15. The General Assembly, in its resolution 51/234 of 13 June 1997, appropriated $51,487,500 gross for the maintenance of UNIKOM for the period from 1 July 1997 to 30 June 1998, subject to review by the Security Council with regard to the question of termination or continuation of the Mission.
١٥ - اعتمدت الجمعيــة العامــة، فــي قرارها ٥١/٢٣٤ المؤرخ ١٣ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٧، مبلغا إجماليه ٥٠٠ ٤٨٧ ٥١ دولار لمواصلة بعثة المراقبة في العراق والكويت للفترة الممتدة من ١ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٧ إلى ٣٠ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٨، رهنا باستعراض مجلس اﻷمن لمسألة إنهاء البعثة أو مواصلتها.

The resources made available for the maintenance of UNMIBH for the period from 1 July 1997 to 30 June 1998 total, therefore, $189,488,900 gross ($180,257,300 net).
ومن ثم فإن مجموع الموارد المتاحة لمواصلة بعثة اﻷمم المتحدة في البوسنة والهرسك للفترة من ١ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٧ إلى ٣٠ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٨ يبلغ إجماليه ٩٠٠ ٤٨٨ ١٨٩ دولار )صافيــه ٣٠٠ ٢٥٧ ١٨٠ دولار(.

As indicated in paragraph 13 above, pending a decision of the Security Council on the mandate of the Mission, the current report provides the cost estimates for the maintenance of UNAVEM, based on its existing mandate, for the period from 1 October 1994 to 30 September 1995.
٢٠ - كما ذكر في الفقرة ١٣ أعلاه، ورهنا بصدور قرار من مجلس اﻷمن بشأن ولاية البعثة، يوفر هذا التقرير تقديرات التكاليف اللازمة لمواصلة بعثة اﻷمم المتحدة للتحقق في أنغولا على أساس ولايتها القائمة عن الفترة من ١ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر ١٩٩٤ إلى ٣٠ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٥.
