93. Lastly, the 2010 Review Conference should provide effective support for the transfer of nuclear technology for peaceful purposes, which was not only a vital development tool but also the third pillar of the Non-Proliferation Treaty.
93 - وأخيراً، قال إن مؤتمر الاستعراض عام 2010 ينبغي أن يقدِّم الدعم الفعّال لنقل التكنولوجيا النووية للأغراض السلمية، وهو أداة حيوية للتنمية ليس هذا فحسب بل إنه العمود الثالث من معاهدة عدم الانتشار.

To stress that the IAEA technical cooperation programme, as the main vehicle for the transfer of nuclear technology for peaceful purposes, is formulated in accordance with the IAEA statute and the guiding principles, thereby ensuring that the projects are consistent with all the decisions of IAEA policymaking organs.
التشديد على أن برنامج التعاون التقني للوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية، بوصفه الأداة الرئيسية لنقل التكنولوجيا النووية للأغراض السلمية، قد وُضع وفقاً للنظام الأساسي لتلك الوكالة ولمبادئها الهادية مما يكفل تماشي المشاريع مع كافة القرارات الصادرة عن أجهزة تقرير السياسات في الوكالة المذكورة.

12. The Conference stresses that the IAEA technical cooperation programme, as one of the main vehicles for the transfer of nuclear technology for peaceful purposes, is formulated in accordance with the Statute and guiding principles of the Agency, as contained in INFCIRC/267, as well as the decisions of the Agency's policymaking organs.
12 - ويشدّد المؤتمر على أن برنامج التعاون التقني للوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية، تتم صياغته وفقا للنظام الأساسي للوكالة ومبادئها التوجيهية على النحو الوارد في INFCIRC/267، وذلك باعتباره إحدى الوسائل الرئيسية لنقل التكنولوجيا النووية للأغراض السلمية.

41. The Conference stresses that the IAEA technical cooperation programme, as one of the main vehicles for the transfer of nuclear technology for peaceful purposes, is formulated in accordance with the IAEA statute and guiding principles, as contained in INFCIRC/267, and in accordance with relevant directives of the General Conference and the Board of Governors.
41 - ويشدد المؤتمر على أن برنامج الوكالة للتعاون التقني، باعتباره من الوسائل الرئيسية لنقل التكنولوجيا النووية للأغراض السلمية، يتم وضعه وفقا للنظام الأساسي والمبادئ التوجيهية للوكالة بحسب ما يرد في الوثيقة INFCIRC/267، ووفقا للتوجيهات ذات الصلة الصادرة عن المؤتمر العام ومجلس المحافظين.

The Technical Cooperation Programme is in fact playing a crucial role as a means of nuclear technology transfer to the developing member States of the Agency.
والحقيقة أن برنامج التعاون التقني يؤدي دورا حاسما باعتباره وسيلة لنقل التكنولوجيا النووية إلى الدول النامية الأعضاء في الوكالة.
