221. To prevent harassment of persons with disabilities in the workplace, the Ministry of Labor and Employment provides guidance to the public, with a view to eliminating abuse and moral and sexual harassment.
221- ولمنع المضايقات التي يتعرض لها الأشخاص ذوو الإعاقة في مكان العمل، تقدم وزارة العمل والعمالة التوجيه للجمهور، بهدف القضاء على سوء المعاملة والتحرش المعنوي والجنسي.

It does appear that there has been an increase in physical and emotional violence against and sexual abuse of persons with disabilities (see para. 172 and A/HRC/WG.6/10/AUT/3, para. 22).

The Committee recommends that the State party abolish the use of net beds, restraints and other non-consensual practices with regard to persons with intellectual, mental and psychosocial disabilities in psychiatric hospitals and institutions.
33- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بإبطال استخدام الأسرّة الشبكية وأدوات الكبح وغير ذلك من الممارسات القسرية التي يتعرض لها الأشخاص ذوو الإعاقة الفكرية والعقلية والنفسية الاجتماعية المودعين في مستشفيات ومؤسسات الأمراض العقلية.

(c) Norway recently published a study on violence and abuse of persons with disabilities in close relationships, which pointed to various shortcomings in the current provision of services;

The ARPDA requires the State and local governments to provide education that increases awareness and aids in the prevention and elimination of all forms of harassment of persons with disabilities (Article 32 (6)).
44- ويُلزم قانون مكافحة التمييز ضد الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وإتاحة سبل الانتصاف لهم الدولة والحكومات المحلية بتوفير التعليم الذي يعزز التوعية ويساعد على منع جميع أشكال المضايقة التي يتعرض لها الأشخاص ذوو الإعاقة والقضاء عليها (الفقرة 6 من المادة 32).
