1. Any Party may propose amendments to this Protocol.
1- يجوز لأي طرف اقتراح تعديلات لهذا البروتوكول.

The text of any proposed amendment to this Protocol shall be communicated to the Parties by the secretariat at least six months before the assembly at which it is proposed for adoption.
وترسل الأمانة نص أي تعديل مقترح لهذا البروتوكول إلى الأطراف قبل الجمعية المقترح اعتماده فيها بستة أشهر على الأقل.

The Secretary-General of the United Nations shall be the Depositary of this Protocol.
يكون الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة وديعاً لهذا البروتوكول.

This is essential if the Protocol is to deliver real benefits in contaminated communities in the short and medium term.
وهذا أمر هام للغاية إذا أريد لهذا البروتوكول أن يحرز مكاسب حقيقية في المجتمعات المتضررة على المديين القصير والمتوسط.

The Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish texts of the present Protocol shall be equally authentic.
تتساوى في الحجية النصوص الإسبانية والانكليزية والروسية والصينية والعربية والفرنسية لهذا البروتوكول.

According to Article 20(1) of the Kyoto Protocol, any Party may propose amendments to this Protocol.
وفقاً للفقرة 1 من المادة 20 من بروتوكول كيوتو، يجوز لأي طرف اقتراح تعديلات لهذا البروتوكول.

The Parties shall make every effort to reach agreement on any proposed amendment to this Protocol by consensus.
3- تبذل الأطراف قصارى جهدها للتوصل بتوافق الآراء إلى اتفاق بشأن أي تعديل مقترح لهذا البروتوكول.

Amendments to Annex B to this Protocol shall only be adopted with the written consent of the Party concerned.
ولا تُعتمد تعديلات المرفق باء لهذا البروتوكول إلا بموافقة خطية من الطرف المعني.

43.1 Any Party to the Convention may propose amendments to this Protocol.
٣٤-١ ﻷي طرف من أطراف الاتفاقية أن يقترح تعديلات لهذا البروتوكول.
