If a transferring Party is in compliance with Art.3 commitments at the end of the commitment period, AAUs put by this Party into the compliance reserve shall be returned to this Party and can be further transferred with no restrictions or banked for future commitment periods.

An Annex I Party's assigned amount is calculated by multiplying the percentage inscribed for it in Annex B by the CO2 eq emissions of the greenhouse gases listed in Annex A in the 1990 base year or alternative base year or period, and further multiplying the product by the length of the first commitment period.
وتُحسب الكمية المسندة إلى طرف من الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول بضرب النسبة المئوية المقيّدة لهذا الطرف في المرفق باء في مكافئ انبعاثات ثاني أكسيد الكربون من غازات الدفيئة المذكورة في المرفق ألف عن سنة الأساس 1990 أو سنة أو فترة أساس بديلة()، ثم ضرب الناتج في طول فترة الالتزام الأولى.

27. Emissions from harvested wood products removed from forests which are accounted for by a Party under Article 3 shall only be accounted for by that Party.
27- لا تحسب انبعاثات منتجات الخشب المقطوع التي تزال من الغابات والتي يحسبها طرف بموجب المادة 3 إلا لهذا الطرف.

24. Option 1: [Emissions from harvested wood products removed from forests which are accounted for by a Party under Article 3 shall be accounted for only by that Party.
24- الخيار 1: [انبعاثات منتجات الخشب المقطوع المستخرج من الغابات التي يحسبها طرف بموجب المادة 3 لا تحسب إلا لهذا الطرف.

Option 2: [Emissions from harvested wood products removed from forests which are accounted for by a Party under Article 3 shall be accounted for only by that Party.
الخيار 2: [لا تحسب انبعاثات منتجات الخشب المقطوع التي تستخرج من الغابات ويحسبها طرف بموجب المادة 3 إلا لهذا الطرف.

16. Where a submission is made with respect to the possible non-compliance of a Party, that Party shall be entitled to participate in the consideration of the submission by the Committee.
16 - حيثما يقدم تقرير فيما يتعلق باحتمال عدم امتثال أحد الأطراف، يحق لهذا الطرف أن يشارك في نظر اللجنة في هذا التقرير.

16. Where a submission is made with respect to the possible non-compliance of a Party, that Party shall be entitled to participate in the consideration of the submission by the Committee.
16 - حيثما تقدم عريضة فيما يتعلق باحتمال عدم امتثال أحد الأطراف، يحق لهذا الطرف أن يشارك في نظر اللجنة في هذه العريضة.

A Party may at any time substitute an acceptance for its previous notification and, upon deposit of an instrument of acceptance with the Depositary, the amendment to such an annex shall become effective for that Party.
وﻷي طرف أن يعلن قبوله بدلاً من إخطاره السابق، ويصبح تعديل المرفق سارياً بالنسبة لهذا الطرف لدى إيداع صك القبول لدى الوديع.

At any time after five years from the date on which the present Protocol has come into force with respect to a Party, that Party may withdraw from it by giving written notification to the Depositary.

This part of the assigned amount, which has not been used because of emissions having been limited and reduced below the assigned amount of emissions, represents the difference between the assigned amount of the Party and its domestic emissions.

16- تُحسب الكمية المسندة عملاً بالفقرتين 7 و8 من المادة 3 من بروتوكول كيوتو في فترة الالتزام الأولى لطرف من الأطراف على أنها النسبة المئوية المقيدة لهذا الطرف في المرفق باء لبروتوكول كيوتو لمجموع انبعاثاته من غازات الدفيئة البشرية المنشأ المعبر عنها بمكافئ ثاني أكسيد الكربون والناشئة عن المصادر المذكورة في المرفق ألف لبروتوكول كيوتو في سنة الأساس، مضروبة في خمسة.

15.
