Article 1 -- In conformity with Decree No. 1521 of 1 November 2004, the measures adopted by the United Nations Security Council in its resolution 1718 (2006) concerning the sanctions regime applicable to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, which, as annex 1, shall form an integral part of the present resolution, are hereby promulgated.
المادة 1 - وفقا للمرسوم رقم 1521 المؤرخ 1 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2004، يُعلن عن التدابير التي اعتمدها مجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة في ما يتعلق بنظام الجزاءات المفروضة على جمهورية كوريا الشعبية الديمقراطية، وتُدرج في المرفق الأول لهذا المرسوم باعتباره جزءا لا يتجزأ منه.

Article 2 of the Prime Minister's Decree on Anti-Money Laundering (ML Decree) further states " [m]oney [l]aundering refers to the acquisition of money or assets deriving from offences as specified in Annex 1 of this decree [which includes corruption], that have been transformed, utilized, possessed " .
