Substances in this group are not subject to these Regulations.
ومواد هذه المجموعة لا تخضع لهذه اللائحة.

GMMOs or GMOs are not subject to these Regulations when authorized for use by the competent authorities of the Governments of the countries of origin, transit and destination.
ولا تخضع الكائنات الدقيقة المعدلة جينياً أو الكائنات المعدلة جينياً لهذه اللائحة حين تصرح باستخدامها السلطات المختصة لحكومات بلدان المنشأ أو العبور أو بلدان المقصد.

Capacitors with an energy storage capacity of 0.3 Wh or less are not subject to these Regulations.
أما المكثفات ذات سعة تخزين الطاقة المساوية ل0.3 واط ساعة أو أقل، فلا تخضع لهذه اللائحة.

Where the application of a standard is required and there is any conflict between the standard and these Regulations, the Regulations take precedence. "

2.0.2.5 In the first sentence, add " meeting the classification criteria of these Regulations " after " A mixture or solution " .

335 Mixtures of solids which are not subject to these Regulations and environmentally hazardous liquids or solids shall be classified as UN 3077 and may be transported under this entry, provided there is no free liquid visible at the time the substance is loaded or at the time the packaging or transport unit is closed.
335 تصنيف مخاليط المواد الصلبة التي لا تخضع لهذه اللائحة والسوائل أو المواد الصلبة الخطرة بيئياً تحت رقم الأمم المتحدة 3077 ويجوز نقلها بموجب هذا البند، شريطة عدم وجود سائل سائب مرئي وقت تحميل المادة أو وقت تعبئتها أو وقت إغلاق وحدة النقل.

Sealed packets and articles containing less than 10 ml of an environmentally hazardous liquid, absorbed into a solid material but with no free liquid in the packet or article, or containing less than 10 g of an environmentally hazardous solid, are not subject to these Regulations.
ولا تخضع لهذه اللائحة الرزم والمواد المختومة التي تحتوي على أقل من 10 مل من سائل خطر بيئياً، ممتص في مادة صلبة ولكن بدون وجود سائل حر في الرزمة أو المادة، أو تحتوي على أقل من 10 غم من مادة صلبة خطرة بيئياً.

6.3.4.1 Each packaging intended for use according to these Regulations shall bear markings which are durable, legible and placed in a location and of such a size relative to the packaging as to be readily visible.
6-3-4-1 تحمل كل عبوة مخصصة للاستخدام وفقاً لهذه اللائحة علامات مستديمة ومقروءة وموضوعة في مكان وبحجم مناسبين للعبوة بحيث تسهل رؤية العلامات.

New solid desensitized explosives subject to these Regulations should be listed in Division 4.1 and new liquid desensitized explosives should be listed in Class 3.
