Following this interpretation, the fact that there would be no transfers or acquisitions of ERUs during the gap period would not necessarily prevent projects from continuing or being undertaken - the generation of ERUs being distinct from their transfer and acquisition.
وبناء على هذا التفسير، فعدم وجود عمليات نقل أو احتياز لوحدات خفض الانبعاثات خلال فترة الفجوة لن يمنع بالضرورة مواصلة المشاريع أو الاضطلاع بها - لأن توليد وحدات خفض الانبعاثات أمر يختلف عن عملية نقلها أو احتيازها.

Any provisions relating to the commitment period reserve or other limitations to transfers under Article 17 shall not apply to transfers by a Party of ERUs issued into its national registry that were verified in accordance with the verification procedure under the Article 6 supervisory committee.
38- لا يسري أي حكم يتعلق باحتياطي فترة الالتزام أو بقيود أخرى مفروضة على عمليات النقل بموجب المادة 17 على عمليات نقل يقوم بها طرف لوحدات خفض الانبعاثات تم إصدارها في سجله الوطني والتحقق منها وفقا لإجراء التحقق بواسطة اللجنة الإشرافية المنصوص عليها في المادة 6.

The total quantity of ERUs, CERs, AAUs and RMUs cancelled in accordance with paragraph above;
(د) الكمية الإجمالية لوحدات خفض الانبعاثات ووحدات خفض الانبعاثات المعتمدة ووحدات الكميات المخصصة ووحدات الإزالة التي تم إلغاؤها وفقا للفقرة 8 أعلاه؛

Carry-over by the Party of ERUs, CERs and/or AAUs from the previous commitment period, in accordance with paragraph below.
(و) ترحيل طرف لوحدات خفض الانبعاثات ووحدات خفض الانبعاثات المعتمدة و/أو وحدات الكميات المخصصة من فترة التزام سابقة وفقاً للفقرة 15 أدناه.

To consider and adopt the recommendations of the JISC relating to the immediate issuance of emission reduction units (ERUs) in the early part of the second commitment period (see para. below);
(أ) ينظر في توصيات لجنة الإشراف المتصلة بالإصدار الفوري لوحدات خفض الانبعاثات واعتمادها في الجزء الأول من فترة الالتزام الثانية (انظر الفقرة ثالثاً-ألف-21 أدناه)؛

If it decides that the request has merit it shall perform a review and decide whether the proposed issuance of CERs should be approved;
