2.10 The conditions of detention in the MNB inner jail were inhumane and degrading, including lack of natural light, cold temperatures and very bad hygiene conditions.
2-10 وكانت ظروف الاحتجاز في السجن الداخلي لوزارة الأمن القومي لا إنسانية ومهينة، لأسباب منها حجب الضوء الطبيعي وانخفاض درجة الحرارة وسوء الظروف الصحية للغاية.

7.5 As to the claims related to the conditions of detention in the MNB inner jail, described by the author in detail (see paragraph 3.5 supra), the Committee concludes that he was treated inhumanely and without respect for his inherent dignity, in violation of article 10, paragraph 1, of the Covenant.
