Mr. Lyashkevich's guilt has been established on the basis not only of his own confessions, but also on the basis of a multitude of other corroborating evidence, including the confessions of his accomplice, witnesses' depositions, material evidence, etc.
ولم يثبت أن السيد لياشكيفيتش مذنب بناء على اعترافاته فحسب، بل على أساس أدلة إثبات أخرى كثيرة أيضاً، تشمل اعترافات شريكه، وإفادات الشهود، وأدلة مادية، وما إلى ذلك.

Thus, Mr. Lyashkevich was always represented by a lawyer when he was questioned as a suspect or interrogated as an accused, as well when investigation acts have been carried out.

The State party concludes by informing that the courts have correctly assessed the circumstances of the criminal case, have correctly found Mr. Lyashkevich guilty, and have determined a sanction which is proportionate to the gravity of the crimes committed.
وتختتم الدولة الطرف بالإشارة إلى أن المحاكم قد أجرت تقييماً سليماً لظروف القضية الجنائية، وخلصت على نحو صحيح إلى أن السيد لياشكيفيتش مذنب، وأصدرت في حقه حكماً يتناسب وخطورة الجرائم المرتكبة.

2.18 Mr. Lyashkevich also complained that, during an illness, he had received no medical assistance.

A cross-examination between Mr. Lyashkevich and Mr. Kladov, carried on 11 August 2003, also took place in the lawyer's presence.

On 12 August 2003, in the presence of the new lawyer, the investigators conducted a verification of Mr. Lyashkevich's confessions at the crime scene.
وفي 12 آب/أغسطس 2003، وفي حضور المحامي الجديد، أجرى المحقِّقون تحقّقاً من اعترافات السيد لياشكيفيتش في مسرح الجريمة.

According to the State party, Mr. Lyashkevich's interrogation as a suspect permitted to disclose the location of the body of the murdered Mr. Sayfutdinov, and to understand the exact circumstances of the crime.
ووفقاً لما أفادت به الدولة الطرف، أتاح استجواب السيد لياشكيفيتش كشخص مُشتبه به الكشف عن مكان جثّة المقتول، السيد سايفوتدينوف، وفهم ظروف الجريمة على وجه الدِّقة.

6.5 According to the State party, all investigation acts in respect to Mr. Lyashkevich were conducted in the presence of a lawyer.
6-5 ووفقاً لما أفادت به الدولة الطرف، أجرِيت جميع أعمال التحقيق فيما يخص السيد لياشكيفيتش في حضور محامٍ.

During his interrogations, Mr. Lyashkevich confirmed that he had confessed guilt voluntarily, and he had not been subjected to unlawful methods of investigation.
وأثناء هذه التحقيقات، أكَّد السيد لياشكيفيتش أنه اعترف بارتكاب الجرم بمحض إرادته، وأنه لم يخضع لأساليب تحقيق غير مشروعة.
