On the status of annual data reporting under Article 7, he said that 190 of the 196 parties required to report had done so for 2011, and all parties, including Libya and Mozambique, had done so for the years 1986 to 2010.

VII. Review of information on requests for the revision of baseline data (decisions XIII/15 and XV/19): Libya and Mozambique
سابعاً - استعراض المعلومات المتعلقة بطلبات تعديل البيانات الأساسية (المقرران 13/15 و15/19): ليبيا وموزامبيق

To forward for consideration by the Twenty-Sixth Meeting of the Parties the draft decision set out in section B of annex I to the present report, which would approve the requests of Libya and Mozambique for the revision of their baseline consumption data for hydrochlorofluorocarbons.
تقدم مشروع التعديل الوارد في القسم باء من المرفق الأول بهذا التقرير الذي سيوافق على طلبي ليبيا وموزامبيق لتعديل بياناتهما المتعلقة باستهلاكهما الأساسي من مركبات الكربون الهيدروكلورية فلورية، للنظر فيه من جانب الاجتماع السادس والعشرين للأطراف.

That Libya and Mozambique have presented sufficient information, in accordance with decision XV/19, to justify their requests for the revision of their consumption data for hydrochlorofluorocarbons for 2010 and 2009, respectively, which are part of the baseline for parties operating under paragraph 1 of Article 5;
1 - أن ليبيا وموزامبيق قدمتا معلومات كافية وفقاً للمقرر 15/19 لتبرير طلبهما لتعديل بيانات استهلاكهما من مركبات الكربون الهيدروكلورية فلورية لعام 2010 وعام 2009 على التوالي التي هي جزء من الكميات الأساسية للأطراف العاملة بمقتضى الفقرة 1 من المادة 5؛

That Libya and Mozambique have presented sufficient information, in accordance with decision XV/19, to justify their requests for the revision of their consumption data for hydrochlorofluorocarbons for 2010 and 2009, respectively, which are part of the baseline for parties operating under paragraph 1 of Article 5;
1 - أن ليبيا وموزامبيق قدمتا معلومات كافية وفقاً للمقرر 15/19 لتبرير طلبهما لتعديل بيانات استهلاكهما من مركبات الكربون الهيدروكلورية فلورية لعام 2010 وعام 2009 على التوالي التي هي جزء من الكميات الأساسية للأطراف العاملة بمقتضى الفقرة 1 من المادة 5؛

At the current meeting, the Committee had before it requests from Libya and Mozambique for the revision of their HCFC baseline data (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ImpCom/52/R.3/Add.2 and Add.3).
58 - وكان أمام اللجنة، في اجتماعها الحالي، طلبين من ليبيا وموزامبيق لتعديل بياناتها لخط الأساس الخاص بمركبات الكربون الهيدروكلورية فلورية (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ImpCom/52/R.3/Add.2 and Add.3).

Noting with appreciation the information submitted by Libya and Mozambique in support of their requests for the revision of their baseline consumption data for the Annex C, group I, controlled substances (hydrochlorofluorocarbons) for the years 2010 and 2009, respectively,
إذ تلاحظ مع التقدير المعلومات المقدمة من كل من ليبيا وموزامبيق لدعم طلبيهما بتعديل بيانات خط أساس استهلاكهما من المواد الخاضعة للرقابة في المرفق جيم ، المجموعة الأولى (مركبات الكربون الهيدروكلورية فلورية) عن عام 2010 و2009 على التوالي،

Regarding requests for the revision of HCFC baseline data, he recalled that requests by Libya and Mozambique had been recommended for approval by the Committee at its fifty-second meeting (recommendation 52/3).
15 - وبشأن طلبات تنقيح بيانات خط الأساس عن مركبات الكربون الهيدروكلورية فلورية، أشار إلى أن الطلبين المقدمين من ليبيا وموزامبيق أُوصي بأن توافق عليهما اللجنة في اجتماعها الثاني والخمسين (التوصية 52/3).
