nothing in this Protocol shall affect the rights, obligations and responsibilities of States and individuals under international law, including international humanitarian law and international human rights law and, in particular, where applicable, the 1951 Convention United Nations, Treaty Series, vol. 189, No. 2545.
شرط تحفظي ليس في هذا البروتوكول ما يمس حقوق وواجبات ومسؤوليات الدول واﻷفراد بمقتضى القانون الدولي ، بما في ذلك القانون الانساني الدولي والقانون الدولي لحقوق الانسان ، وخصوصا اتفاقية ١٥٩١اﻷمم المتحدة ، سلسلة المعاهدات ، المجلد ٩٨١ ، العدد ٥٤٥٢ .

ليس في هذا البروتوكول ما يمس حقوق وواجبات ومسؤوليات الدول واﻷفراد بمقتضى القانون الدولي ، بما في ذلك القانون الانساني الدولي والقانون الدولي لحقوق الانسان ، وخصوصا اتفاقية سنة ١٥٩١اﻷمم المتحدة ، مجموعة المعاهدات ، المجلد ٩٨١ ، الرقم ٥٤٥٢ .

This is clearly set forth in article 19 ( " Saving clause " ), which provides that nothing in the Protocol shall affect the rights of individuals under international law, including humanitarian law and international human rights law.
وهذا مبين بوضوح في المادة 16 ( " شرط احترازي " ) التي تنص على أنه ليس في هذا البروتوكول ما يمس بحقوق الأفراد بمقتضى القانون الدولي، بما في ذلك القانون الانساني والقانون الدولي لحقوق الانسان.
