I should like to refer also to resolution GC(47)/RES/13, adopted by the General Conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency, which reaffirms the urgent need for all States in the Middle East to forthwith accept the application of full-scope Agency safeguards to all their nuclear activities.
كما أشير هنا إلى القرار 47/13 الذي اعتمده المؤتمر العام للوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية والذي يؤكد على الحاجة الملحة لأن تقبل جميع دول الشرق الأوسط على الفور تطبيق ضمانات الوكالة الدولية الشاملة على ما لديها من أنشطة نووية.

The resolution " affirms the urgent need for all States in the Middle East to forthwith accept the application of full-scope Agency safeguards to all their nuclear activities as an important confident-building measure among all States in the region and as a step in enhancing peace and security in the context of the establishment of a nuclear-weapon-free zone (NWFZ) " .
ويؤكد هذا القرار " الحاجة الملحة لأن تقبل جميع دول الشرق الأوسط على الفور تطبيق الضمانات الشاملة للوكالة على كل ما لديها من أنشطة نووية باعتبار ذلك تدبيرا مهما من تدابير بناء الثقة فيما بين جميع دول المنطقة وخطوة نحو تعزيز السلام والأمن في سياق إنشاء منطقة خالية من الأسلحة النووية " .
