630- أهداف سياسة الرعاية الصحية: تعرف سياسة الرعاية الصحية في جمهورية الجبل الأسود حتى عام 2020 مبادئها التوجيهية العامة على النحو التالي:

The Committee has included in its general guidelines regarding the form and content of initial reports issues relating to indigenous children; the new set of guidelines for periodic reports currently being drafted will also cover issues relevant to indigenous children.
وقد أدرجت اللجنة في مبادئها التوجيهية العامة المتعلقة بشكل التقارير اﻷولية ومحتواها مسائل تتصل باﻷطفال من السكان اﻷصليين؛ وسوف تغطي مجموعة المبادئ التوجيهية الجديدة المتعلقة بالتقارير الدورية، والتي يجري صوغها حاليا، مسائل هامة بالنسبة لﻷطفال من السكان اﻷصليين.

39. At its 984th meeting, the Committee adopted an amendment to its general guidelines regarding the form and contents of reports to be submitted by States parties under article 9, paragraph 1, of the Convention.
٩٣ - وقبلت اللجنة، في جلستها ٩٨٤، تعديلا في مبادئها التوجيهية العامة بشأن شكل ومحتويات التقارير المقدمة من الدول اﻷطراف بموجب المادة ٩، الفقرة ١، من الاتفاقية.

Further, the Assembly welcomed the attention that the Committee had given to the development of an effective system of reporting on the implementation of the Convention by States parties, and especially its revision of its general guidelines for the submission of reports by States parties, as well as its practice of formulating concluding observations after the consideration of such reports.
ورحبت الجمعية العامة كذلك بما أولته اللجنة من اهتمام لوضع نظام فعال لﻹبلاغ عن تنفيذ الاتفاقية من قبل الدول اﻷطراف، ولا سيما بقيامها بتنقيح مبادئها التوجيهية العامة التي تنظم تقديم التقارير من قبل الدول اﻷطراف، فضلا عن ممارستها القائمة على صياغة ملاحظات ختامية بعد نظرها في هذه التقارير.

8. Welcomes the attention that the Committee against Torture has given to the development of an effective system of reporting on the implementation of the Convention by States parties, and especially its revision of its general guidelines for the submission of reports by States parties, as well as its practice of formulating concluding observations after the consideration of such reports;
٨ - ترحب بالاهتمام الذي أولته لجنة مناهضة التعذيب لوضع نظام فعال لﻹبلاغ عن تنفيذ الاتفاقية من جانب الدول اﻷطراف، ولا سيما قيامها بتنقيح مبادئها التوجيهية العامة لتقديم التقارير من جانب الدول اﻷطراف، فضلا عن الممارسة التي درجت عليها ﻹعداد ملاحظات ختامية بعد النظر في تلك التقارير؛

13. At its 1354th meeting (fifty-fifth session), on 16 August 1999, the Committee adopted amendments to its general guidelines regarding the form and contents of reports to be submitted by States parties under article 9, paragraph 1, of the Convention (CERD/C/70/Rev.3).
١٣ - وفي الجلسة ١٣٥٤ )الدورة الخامسة والخمسون(، المعقودة في ١٦ آب/أغسطس ١٩٩٩، اعتمدت اللجنة بعض تعديلات أدخلتها على مبادئها التوجيهية العامة المتعلقة بشكل ومحتويات التقارير التي يتعين أن تقدمها الدول اﻷطراف بموجب الفقرة ١ من المادة ٩ من الاتفاقية (CERD/C/70/Rev.3).

The Committee invites the State party to include more detailed questions in the population census so as to get a better idea of the ethnic and national origin composition of the population, and in this regard draws the State party's attention to paragraph 8 of its general guidelines on the form and contents of reports (CERD/C/70/Rev.5).
تدعو اللجنة الدولة الطرف إلى أن تدرج أسئلة مفصلة أكثر في تعداد السكان حتى تتكون لديها فكرة أفضل عن تشكيل السكان من حيث الأصل الإثني والقومي، وتسترعي انتباه الدولة الطرف في هذا الصدد إلى الفقرة 8 من مبادئها التوجيهية العامة المتعلقة بشكل التقارير ومضمونها (CERD/C/70/Rev.5).

The Committee recommends that the State party endeavour to include, in its next periodic report, a qualitative description of the ethnic composition of its population, in particular indigenous peoples and non-citizens, and, in this connection, draws the attention of the State party to paragraph 8 of its general guidelines (2000).
توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تسعى إلى تضمين تقريرها الدوري المقبل وصفاً نوعياً للتشكيل العرقي لسكانها، وخاصة السكان الأصليين وغير المواطنين، وفي هذا السياق، تسترعي انتباه الدولة الطرف إلى الفقرة 8 من مبادئها التوجيهية العامة (2000).

In this connection, UNHCR issued its general guidelines on the application of the exclusion clauses, guidelines on the exclusion of Rwandan asylum-seekers and also analysed some of the major legal issues in the Note on the Exclusion Clauses (EC/47/SC/CRP.29), presented to the Standing Committee of the Executive Committee in June 1997.
وفي هذا الصدد، أصدرت المفوضية مبادئها التوجيهية العامة بشأن تطبيق اﻷحكام المتعلقة بالاستبعاد، وكذلك مبادئ توجيهية بشأن استبعاد ملتمسي اللجوء الروانديين. كما قامت بتحليل بعض المواضيع القانونية الرئيسية في مذكرة عن اﻷحكام المتعلقة بالاستبعاد )EC/47/SC/CRP.29( قُدمت إلى اللجنة الدائمة التابعة للجنة التنفيذية في حزيران/يونيه ٧٩٩١.

At its forty-second session (July 1991), the Committee revised its general guidelines for the submission of initial and periodic reports to take into account the consolidated guidelines for the initial part of the reports of States parties to be submitted under the various international human rights instruments, including the Covenant (the " Core document " ) (HRI/CORE/1).
