The Committee also reminds the State party of paragraph 11 of its guidelines on the presentation of reports (CERD/C/2007/1) and recommends that, in its next periodic report, the State party include updated, disaggregated statistics on indigenous original campesino peoples and Bolivians of African descent.
وتذكِّر اللجنة أيضاً بالفقرة 11 من مبادئها التوجيهية المتعلقة بتقديم التقارير (CERD/C/2007/1) وتوصي الدولة الطرف بأن تضمِّن تقريرها الدوري المقبل بيانات إحصائية مصنَّفة ومحدثة بشأن الشعوب الأصلية الريفية والبوليفيين من أصل أفريقي.

It will also provide input to the work on a general comment on the right to health by the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, and will continue to contribute to the Committee's revision of its reporting guidelines so that they reflect a gender perspective.

41. As stated in the report of the Secretary-General on integrating the gender perspective into the work of United Nations human rights treaty bodies referred to above, the Human Rights Committee amended its reporting guidelines in 1995.
41- كما ذكر في تقرير الأمين العام بشأن إدماج المنظور الذي يراعي نوع الجنس في عمل الهيئات المنشأة بموجب معاهدات حقوق الإنسان التابعة للأمم المتحدة المشار إليه أعلاه، قامت اللجنة المعنية بحقوق الإنسان في عام 1995 بتعديل مبادئها التوجيهية المتعلقة بتقديم التقارير.

44. The Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights amended its reporting guidelines in 1990, making reference to the specific situation of women in relation to the rights protected by the Covenant and calling for the provision of gender-disaggregated data and information on the particular situation of women.
44- قامت اللجنة المعنية بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية بتعديل مبادئها التوجيهية المتعلقة بتقديم التقارير في عام 1990 للإشارة بالتحديد إلى حالة المرأة فيما يخص تمتعها بالحقوق التي يحميها العهد ولطلب بيانات ومعلومات مفصلة حسب نوع الجنس بشأن حالة المرأة.

59. CERD has taken no decision to amend its reporting guidelines to accommodate gender considerations, nor has it taken specific steps to increase its attention to the gender dimensions of racial discrimination.
59- ولم تتخذ لجنة القضاء على التمييز العنصري أي قرار بشأن تعديل مبادئها التوجيهية المتعلقة بتقديم التقارير لمراعاة القضايا المتعلقة بنوع الجنس ولم تتخذ أي خطوات محددة لزيادة اهتمامها بالأبعاد المتعلقة بنوع الجنس في التمييز العنصري.

It also notes that the report takes account of its reporting guidelines and addresses a number of the concerns and recommendations set forth orally during the last meeting with representatives of the State party in August 2001.

Acknowledging the decision of the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women to add to its reporting guidelines an invitation to States parties to include in their report to the Committee information on measures taken to implement the Platform for Action, in order to monitor effectively, within its mandate, the rights guaranteed under the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women,

In its reporting guidelines on general measures of implementation, the Committee starts by inviting the State party to indicate whether it considers it necessary to maintain the reservations it has made, if any, or has the intention of withdrawing them.
13- تبدأ اللجنة في مبادئها التوجيهية المتعلقة بتقديم التقارير عن تدابير التنفيذ العامة بدعوة الدولة الطرف إلى الإشارة إلى ما إذا كانت تعتبر ضرورياً التمسك بالتحفظات التي أبدتها، إذا كانت قد أبدت أية تحفظات، أو ما إذا كانت لديها نية بسحبها(7).

101. In their reporting guidelines, general comments and concluding observations/comments, several treaty bodies require that data and information be disaggregated by sex.

In line with the fifth inter-committee meeting's recommendation to treaty bodies regarding the need to review their reporting guidelines so as to take into account the revised guidelines on a common core document and treaty specific reports (HRI/MC/2006/3 and Corr.1), the Committee adopted, at its seventy-first session, revised guidelines for the CERD-specific document.
548- وتمشياً مع التوصية التي قدمها الاجتماع الخامس المشترك بين اللجان إلى هيئات المعاهدات بشأن ضرورة استعراض مبادئها التوجيهية المتعلقة بتقديم التقارير لمراعاة المبادئ التوجيهية المنقحة بشأن وضع وثيقة أساسية موحدة وتقارير خاصة بمعاهدات بعينها (HRI/MC/2006/3 وCorr.1)، اعتمدت اللجنة في دورتها الحادية والسبعين، مبادئ توجيهية منقحة لوضع الوثيقة المحددة الخاصة بلجنة القضاء على التمييز العنصري.
