• Basic Principles of Justice for Victims

Taking into account the existing international commitments with respect to victims, in particular the United Nations Declaration of Basic Principles of Justice for Victims of Crime and Abuse of Power,
وإذ يضع في اعتباره الالتزامات الدولية القائمة فيما يتعلق بالضحايا، ولا سيما اعلان مبادئ العدل الأساسية لضحايا الاجرام والتعسف في استعمال السلطة،()

Taking into account the existing international commitments with respect to victims, in particular the Declaration of Basic Principles of Justice for Victims of Crime and Abuse of Power,
وإذ يضع في اعتباره الالتزامات الدولية القائمة فيما يتعلق بالضحايا، ولا سيما إعلان مبادئ العدل الأساسية لضحايا الإجرام والتعسف في استعمال السلطة ()،

(i) The relevant rights for child victims and witnesses pursuant to the Convention on the Rights of the Child and the Declaration of Basic Principles of Justice for Victims of Crime and Abuse of Power.
(ط) حقوق الأطفال الضحايا والشهود ذات الصلة عملا باتفاقية حقوق الطفل وكذلك عملا بإعلان مبادئ العدل الأساسية لضحايا الجريمة والتعسف في استعمال السلطة.

(g) The relevant rights for child victims and witnesses pursuant to the Convention on the Rights of the Child and the Declaration of Basic Principles of Justice for Victims of Crime and Abuse of Power.
(ز) حقوق الأطفال الضحايا والشهود ذات الصلة بموجب اتفاقية حقوق الطفل وبموجب إعلان مبادئ العدل الأساسية لضحايا الجريمة والتعسّف في استعمال السلطة.

(f) Recalling that the Convention on the Rights of the Child sets forth requirements and principles to secure effective recognition of the rights of children and that the Declaration of Basic Principles of Justice for Victims of Crime and Abuse of Power sets forth principles to provide victims with the right to information, participation, protection, reparation and assistance;
(و) واستذكارا لكون اتفاقية حقوق الطفل تبيّن المتطلبات والمبادئ التي تكفل الاعتراف الفعلي بحقوق الطفل ولكون إعلان مبادئ العدل الأساسية لضحايا الجريمة والتعسّف في استعمال السلطة يُبيّن المبادئ التي تتيح للضحايا الحق في الحصول على المعلومات والمشاركة والحماية والتعويض والمساعدة؛

(c) Recalling that the Convention on the Rights of the Child109 sets forth requirements and principles to secure effective recognition of the rights of children and that the Declaration of Basic Principles of Justice for Victims of Crime and Abuse of Power108 sets forth principles to provide victims with the right to information, participation, protection, reparation and assistance;
(ج) استذكار أن اتفاقية حقوق الطفل(109) تبيّن المتطلبات والمبادئ اللازمة لضمان الاعتراف الفعلي بحقوق الطفل وأن إعلان مبادئ العدل الأساسية لضحايا الجريمة والتعسف في استعمال السلطة(108) يُبيّن المبادئ اللازمة لمنح الضحايا الحق في الحصول على المعلومات والمشاركة والحماية والتعويض والمساعدة؛

(e) Recalling international and regional initiatives that implement the principles of the Declaration of Basic Principles of Justice for Victims of Crime and Abuse of Power, including the Handbook on Justice for Victims and the Guide for Policy Makers on the Declaration of Basic Principles, both issued by the United Nations Office for Drug Control and Crime Prevention in 1999;
(ﻫ) استذكار المبادئ الدولية والاقليمية التي تنفذ المبادئ الواردة في إعلان مبادئ العدل الأساسية لضحايا الجريمة والتعسف في استعمال السلطة، بما في ذلك الدليل بشأن توفير العدالة للضحايا والدليل بشأن واضعي السياسات، اللذين صدرا عن مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة في عام 1999؛

(a) To guide professionals and, where appropriate, volunteers working with child victims and witnesses of crime in their day-to-day practice in the adult and juvenile justice process at the national, regional and international levels, consistent with the Declaration of Basic Principles of Justice for Victims of Crime and Abuse of Power;
(أ) إرشاد المهنيين، وحيثما كان ذلك مناسبا، والمتطوعين الذين يتعاملون مع الأطفال ضحايا الجريمة والشهود عليها، في ممارساتهم اليومية في مجال سير العدالة فيما يخص الراشدين والأحداث على كل من الصعيد الوطني والاقليمي والدولي، على نحو يتسق مع إعلان مبادئ العدل الأساسية لضحايا الجريمة والتعسف في استعمال السلطة()؛

(c) To guide professionals and, where appropriate, volunteers working with child victims and witnesses of crime in their day-to-day practice in the adult and juvenile justice process at the national, regional and international levels, consistent with the Declaration of Basic Principles of Justice for Victims of Crime and Abuse of Power;
(ج) إرشاد المهنيين، وحيثما يكون ذلك مناسبا المتطوّعين، الذين يتعاملون مع الأطفال ضحايا الجريمة والشهود عليها، في ممارساتهم اليومية في مجال إجراءات العدالة فيما يخص الراشدين والأحداث على كل من الصعيد الوطني والإقليمي والدولي، على نحو يتسق مع إعلان مبادئ العدل الأساسية لضحايا الجريمة والتعسّف في استعمال السلطة؛()
