2. In order to assist the States parties in fulfilling their obligations under article 18, the Committee recommends that the States parties follow general guidelines as to the form, content and date of reports.

٢ - ولمساعدة الدول اﻷطراف على الوفاء بالتزاماتها بموجب المادة ١٨، توصي اللجنة بأن تتبع الدول اﻷطراف مبادئ توجيهية عامة فيما يتعلق بشكل ومحتويات ومواعيد التقارير.

٢ - ولمساعدة الدول اﻷطراف على الوفاء بالتزاماتها بموجب المادة ١٨ من الاتفاقية، توصي اللجنة بأن تتبع الدول اﻷطراف مبادئ توجيهية عامة فيما يتعلق بشكل ومحتويات مواعيد التقارير.

3. Taking into account the consolidated guidelines relating to the reports required under United Nations human rights treaties, the Committee may formulate general guidelines as to the form and content of the initial and periodic reports of States parties required under article 18 of the Convention and shall, through the Secretary-General, inform the States parties of the Committee's wishes regarding the form and content of such reports.
3 - مع مراعاة المبادئ التوجيهية الموحدة المتعلقة بالتقارير المطلوبة بموجب معاهدات الأمم المتحدة لحقوق الإنسان، يجوز للجنة أن تضع مبادئ توجيهية عامة فيما يتعلق بشكل ومضمون التقارير الأولية والتقارير الدورية للدول الأطراف المطلوب تقديمها بموجب المادة 18 من الاتفاقية، ويجوز لها إبلاغ الدول الأطراف، عن طريق الأمين العام، برغبات اللجنة فيما يتعلق بشكل هذه التقارير ومضمونها.

3.
