٦ - على الدول اﻷطراف أن تنفذ التزاماتها بمقتضى هذه الاتفاقية على نحو يتفق مع مبدأي المساواة في السيادة والحرمة الاقليمية للدول ، ومع مبدأ عدم التدخل في الشؤون الداخلية للدول اﻷخرى .

3. States Parties shall carry out their obligations under this Convention in a manner consistent with the principles of sovereign equality and territorial integrity of States and that of non-intervention in the domestic affairs of other States.
٣ - على الدول اﻷطراف أن تنفذ التزاماتها بمقتضى هذه الاتفاقية على نحو يتفق مع مبدأي المساواة في السيادة والحرمة الاقليمية للدول ، ومع مبدأ عدم التدخل في الشؤون الداخلية للدول اﻷخرى .

The Parties shall carry out their obligations under this Convention in a manner consistent with the principles of sovereign equality and territorial integrity of States and the principle of non-intervention in the domestic affairs of other States.
" 3 - على الأطراف أن تفي بالتزاماتها بموجب هذه الاتفاقية بشكل يتمشى مع مبدأي المساواة في السيادة والسلامة الاقليمية للدول ومع مبدأ عدم التدخل في الشؤون الداخلية للدول الأخرى.

In particular, governmental experts shall bear in mind article 4, paragraph 1, of the Convention, which states that States parties shall carry out their obligations under the Convention in a manner consistent with the principles of sovereign equality and territorial integrity of States and of non-intervention in the domestic affairs of other States.
3- يتعيّن على الخبراء الحكوميين، على الخصوص، أن يضعوا في اعتبارهم الفقرة 1 من المادة 4 من الاتفاقية، التي تنص على أن تؤدِّي الدول الأطراف التزاماتها بمقتضى الاتفاقية على نحو يتّسق مع مبدأي المساواة في السيادة والسلامة الإقليمية للدول، ومع مبدأ عدم التدخّل في الشؤون الداخلية للدول الأخرى.

The Mechanism was established also pursuant to article 4, paragraph 1, of the Convention, which states that States parties shall carry out their obligations under the Convention in a manner consistent with the principles of sovereign equality and territorial integrity of States and of non-intervention in the domestic affairs of other States.
