وأود الآن أن أسترعي انتباه الأعضاء إلى الفقرة 21 من مرفق القرار 51/241، التي أشارت فيها الجمعية العامة إلى مبدأ توجيهي اختياري لا تزيد بموجبه مدة بيان في المناقشة العامة عن 20 دقيقة.

In this connection, I should like to again remind members that the General Assembly, in paragraph 21 of the annex to resolution 51/241, indicated a voluntary guideline of up to 20 minutes for each statement in the general debate.
