Furthermore, following consideration of the revised estimates regarding the implementation of Economic and Social Council decision 1993/254 relating to the continued United Nations human rights presence in Cambodia, the General Assembly appropriated an amount of US$ 550,000 pending the submission of a report providing detailed justifications.

The Advisory Committee notes that the standardized funding model seeks to provide an appropriate level of funding resources for the first year of operations and therefore, with the exception of information on staffing proposals, the proposed UNMISS budget does not provide detailed justifications under other areas, such as operational costs.

6. With reference to the Advisory Committee's request in paragraph 14 of its report that future budget submissions of UN-Women contain full justification for the posts requested, UN-Women believes that detailed justifications were provided in paragraphs 59 to 65 of the institutional budget document (UNW/2011/11).

Following consideration of the revised estimates regarding the implementation of Economic and Social Council decision 1993/254 of 28 July 1993 relating to the continued United Nations human rights presence in Cambodia, the General Assembly, on the recommendation of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions (ACABQ), appropriated an amount of $550,000 pending the submission of a report providing detailed justifications.

After notification of the Board's decision, the author complained to the Ombudsman about certain issues concerning the procedure before the Board, such as its duty, under Icelandic law (Act No. 32/1992), to provide detailed reasoning for its decisions.
وبعد إخطار صاحب البلاغ بقرار المجلس، قدم شكوى إلى أمين المظالم بشأن مسائل معينة متعلقة باﻹجراءات أمام المجلس، مثل واجبه، بموجب القانون اﻷيسلندي )القانون رقم ٣٢/١٩٩٢(، لتقديم مبررات تفصيلية لقراره.
