The Commission also noted the results of the Ministerial Conference on the Aid-for-Trade Road Map for the United Nations Special Programme for the Economies of Central Asia and requested the secretariat to work with WTO and other organizations to support the follow-up to the Conference.

Also requests the Secretary-General, in cooperation with the Administrator of the United Nations Development Programme, to ask the resident coordinators fully to apply a gender perspective in integrating the follow-up to the Conference into the coordinated follow-up to recent global United Nations conferences;

9.134 As part of the follow-up to the Conference on Population and Development, the subprogramme will strengthen and expand the distribution of electronic population information in order to respond effectively to requests and to support coordination among the United Nations entities in the field of population.
٩-٤٣١ وسيقوم البرنامج الفرعي، كجزء من متابعة نتائج المؤتمر الدولي للسكان والتنمية، بتعزيز البرنامج الفرعي وتوسيع نطاق توزيع المعلومات السكانية اﻹلكترونية من أجل تلبية الطلبات بفعالية ودعم التنسيق فيما بين هيئات اﻷمم المتحدة في مجال السكان.

25. The determination of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) to ensure follow-up to the Conference is reflected in the Organization's Medium-Term Strategy for 2002-2007 and the Programme and Budget for 2002-2003.

(d) Recalls the view of the Conference that the primary responsibility for addressing problems of population displacement lies with the affected countries themselves, and welcomes the reaffirmation of CIS countries, at the meeting of the Steering Group in July 1997 on the follow-up to the Conference, that these issues are regarded as national priorities;
)د( تذكر برأي المؤتمر الذي يعتبر أن المسؤولية اﻷولية عن معالجة مشاكل تشرد السكان تقع على عاتق البلدان المتأثرة نفسها، وترحب بإعادة تأكيد رابطة الدول المستقلة في الاجتماع الذي عقده الفريق التوجيهي في تموز/يوليه ٧٩٩١ بشأن متابعة نتائج المؤتمر على أن هذه القضايا تعتبر من اﻷولويات الوطنية؛

" (e) Keeping under review and, as appropriate, supporting actions taken at the national, regional and international levels in follow-up to the Conference, as well as within the framework of international economic, financial and development cooperation in general;
