وينبغي إيلاء الاهتمام المناسب لتحديد فرص التخطيط المشترك فيما بين الهيئات المهتمة باﻷمر داخل المنظومة توخيا لاتخاذ تدابير تعبر عن مجال اختصاص كل منها وتهم الشباب بشكل مباشر أو تستجيب للاحتياجات ذات اﻷولوية لدى الشباب ذوي الظروف الخاصة.

201. The central, regional and local governments, within their respective areas of competence and in application of the principle of equality between women and men, must:
201 - ويجب على الحكومات المركزية والإقليمية والمحلية، في مجال اختصاص كل منها وتطبيقا لمبدأ المساواة بين المرأة والرجل، القيام بما يلي:

" 16. The Security Council, taking into account the varying mandates, spheres of operation and composition of regional arrangements and organizations, should encourage and, where appropriate, support such regional efforts as are undertaken under regional arrangements and by regional organizations within their respective spheres of competence in accordance with the Purposes and Principles of the Charter of the United Nations.
