15. Considering the experience already demonstrated by UNCTAD in technical cooperation in human resource development in trade and related areas, the members of the Board:
١٥ - وفي ضوء الخبرة التي أظهرها اﻷونكتاد بالفعل فيما يتعلق بالتعاون التقني في ميدان تنمية الموارد البشرية في مجال التجارة وما يتصل بها من مجالات، قام أعضاء المجلس بما يلي:

(n) Developing and implementing trade and trade-related technical cooperation and capacity-building activities.
(ن) تطوير وتنفيذ أنشطة التعاون التقني وبناء القدرات في مجال التجارة وما يتصل بالتجارة.

35. UNCTAD should assist LLDCs, in the formulation of national trade and trade-related policies, and in mainstreaming trade in development and poverty-reduction strategies.
35- وينبغي للأونكتاد أن يساعد هذه البلدان في صياغة سياسات تجارية وطنية في مجال التجارة وما يتصل بها، وفي دمج التجارة في استراتيجيات التنمية والحد من الفقر.

13. One of the most important outcomes of the session was the recognition of UNCTAD as the key body of the United Nations system in the field of trade and the related issues of finance, technology, investment and sustainable development.
١٣ - وتابعت قائلة إن من أهم ما تمخضت عنه الدورة الاعتراف بمؤتمر اﻷمم المتحدة للتجارة والتنمية )اﻷونكتاد( كجهاز رئيسي لمنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة في مجال التجارة وما يتصل به من مسائل التمويل والتكنولوجيا والاستثمار والتنمية المستدامة.

(a) Showed strong support for the continuation and implementation by UNCTAD of well-focused human resource development activities in trade and trade-related areas, as requested by member countries.
)أ( أبدوا تأييدا قويا لقيام اﻷونكتاد بمواصلة وتنفيذ أنشطة تنمية الموارد البشرية ذات التركيز الجيد في مجال التجارة وما يتصل به من مجالات، على النحو الذي تطلبه البلدان اﻷعضاء.

(q) Developing and implementing trade and trade-related technical cooperation and capacity-building activities, including through the Aid for Trade initiative;
(ف) تطوير وتنفيذ أنشطة التعاون التقني وبناء القدرات في مجال التجارة وما يتصل بالتجارة من خلال مسائل منها مبادرة المعونة لصالح التجارة؛

(m) Developing and implementing trade and trade-related technical cooperation and capacity-building activities, including projects under the Aid for Trade Initiative;
(م) تطوير وتنفيذ أنشطة التعاون التقني وبناء القدرات في مجال التجارة وما يتعلق بها، بما في ذلك وضع مشاريع في إطار مبادرة المعونة لصالح التجارة؛

17. In the area of trade analysis special attention will be devoted (a) to assisting the European countries in transition to a market economy in elaborating measures aimed at creating favourable conditions for intraregional trade expansion and structural diversification; and (b) to contributing to the understanding of recent and prospective trade and related investment trends, policies and problems.
١٧ - ٥٧ في مجال التحليل التجاري سيكرس اهتمام خاص إلى )أ( مساعدة البلدان اﻷوروبية المارة بالمرحلة الانتقالية إلى الاقتصاد السوقي على وضع تدابير ترمي إلى إيجاد ظروف مواتية لتوسيع نطاق التجارة داخل الاقليم والتنويع الهيكلي؛ )ب( المساهمة في تفهم الاتجاهات والسياسات والمشاكل اﻷخيرة والمتوقعة في مجال التجارة وما يتصل بها من استثمارات.

The four projects involve (a) capacity building for debt sustainability in developing countries; (b) strengthening capacity in developing countries to meet the MDG through policies and actions in trade and trade-related areas; (c) capacity building in trade and transport facilitation for landlocked and transit developing countries; and (d) capacity building for developing countries' investment promotion agencies.
وتهدف هذه المشاريع إلى (أ) بناء القدرة على تحمل الديون في البلدان النامية؛ (ب) تعزيز القدرات في البلدان النامية للوفاء بالأهداف الإنمائية للألفية عن طريق السياسات والإجراءات المتبعة في مجال التجارة وما يتصل به من مجالات؛ (ج) بناء القدرات في مجال تيسير التجارة والنقل في بلدان المرور العابر النامية والبلدان النامية غير الساحلية؛ (د) بناء قدرات وكالات تشجيع الاستثمار في البلدان النامية.
