(g) To support, within its capabilities, efforts aimed at strengthening the capacity of the Government of Chad and civil society through training in international human rights standards, and efforts to put an end to the recruitment and use of children by armed groups;

Human rights information was regularly circulated among a network of institutions, including the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Mexico, the National Human Rights Commission, independent state-run human rights bodies and universities that offered programmes specializing in international human rights standards.
