باء- التدابير الوطنية في مجال قضاء الأطفال

Requests UNODC, subject to the availability of extrabudgetary resources, to provide technical assistance to Member States, upon request, in order to strengthen national capacities and infrastructure in the area of child justice.
يطلب إلى مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة، رهناً بتوافر موارد من خارج الميزانية، أن يقوم بتقديم المساعدة التقنية إلى الدول الأعضاء بناء على طلبها، من أجل تعزيز قدراتها وبُناها الأساسية الوطنية في مجال قضاء الأطفال.

5. Invites Member States, as appropriate, to make use of the technical assistance tools developed by the Interagency Panel on Juvenile Justice and by its members and to seek technical advice and assistance in the area of child justice from the members of the Panel in order to design, implement and monitor comprehensive child justice policies;
5- يدعو الدول الأعضاء إلى أن تستخدم، عند الاقتضاء، أدوات المساعدة التقنية التي استحدثها الفريق المشترك بين الوكالات المعني بقضاء الأحداث وأعضاؤه وإلى التماس المشورة والمساعدة التقنيتين في مجال قضاء الأطفال من أعضاء هذا الفريق، بغية تصميم سياسات شاملة في مجال قضاء الأطفال وتنفيذها ورصدها؛

5. 6. Requests the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, subject to the availability of extrabudgetary resources, and the members of the Interagency Panel on Juvenile Justice to continue providing assistance to Member States, upon request, in the area of child justice;
6 - يطلب إلى مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة، رهنا بتوافر موارد من خارج الميزانية، وإلى أعضاء الفريق المشترك بين الوكالات المعني بقضاء الأحداث الاستمرار في تقديم المساعدة في مجال قضاء الأطفال إلى الدول الأعضاء، بناء على طلبها؛
