4.4 According to the State party, on 3 March 2011, the author filed a cassation appeal against the above-mentioned court decisions with the Almaty City Court.
4-4 وحسب ما أفادت به الدولة الطرف قدم صاحب البلاغ، في 3 آذار/مارس 2011، طعناً بالنقض في قراري المحكمتين المذكورين أعلاه لدى محكمة مدينة ألماتي.

4.1 On 27 June 2004, the State party informed the Committee that on 3 July 2002, the Almaty City Court (Kazakhstan) had found Mr. Tolipkhuzhaev guilty of theft and sentenced him to three years in prison.
4-1 في 27 حزيران/يونيه 2004، أعلمت الدولة الطرف اللجنة بأن محكمة مدينة ألماتي (كازاخستان) أدانت السيد توليبخوجايف في 3 تموز/يوليه 2002 بارتكاب جريمة السرقة وحكمت عليه بالحبس لمدة ثلاث سنوات.

4.1 On 31 May 2012, the State party submits that the author had been convicted and sentenced on 16 March 2010 to a fine of 56,520 tenge for an administrative offence under article 373, paragraph 3, of the Code of Administrative Violations of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Specialized Intradistrict Administrative Court of Almaty, and that the above ruling had been confirmed on appeal on 6 April 2010 by the Almaty City Court.
