٨- تذكّر بالاتفاقات المعقودة بين حكومة زائير ومفوضية اﻷمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين الرامية إلى ضمان النظام واﻷمن في مخيمات اللاجئين الروانديين في زائير وكذلك عودة هؤلاء اللاجئين طوعاً إلى بلدهم اﻷصلي؛

Recent arrangements made by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees with the Governments of the United Republic of Tanzania and Zaire, aimed at assuring security in Rwandese refugee camps in those countries, were expected to help reduce intimidation and thus permit a higher rate of repatriation.

٣١- تدين كافة أعمال العنف والترهيب ضد اﻷشخاص في مخيمات اللاجئين الروانديين وتطلب إلى السلطات المختصة كفالة اﻷمن في هذه المخيمات عن طريق أمور منها فصل اللاجئين عن اﻷشخاص الذين يمارسون التخويف لتيسير عملية العودة الطوعية الى الوطن، وترحب بالالتزامات التي تعهدت بها حكومات المنطقة في هذا الصدد؛
