Fifty-five representatives from 25 Parties included in Annex I to the Convention (Annex I Parties) and 74 representatives from 42 Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention (non-Annex I Parties) participated in the workshop.
وشارك فيها 55 ممثلاً من 25 طرفاً مدرجاً في المرفق الأول بالاتفاقية و74 ممثلاً من 42 طرفاً غير مدرج في المرفق الأول بالاتفاقية.

The majority of these are Parties included in Annex I to the Convention.

Clarify whether it requests the Compliance Committee to take any specific action when delays in the submission by a Party included in Annex I to the Convention of its national communication have been brought to its attention by the secretariat, pursuant to paragraph 139 of the annex to decision 22/CMP.1;
