(a) The manufacture or production of any mercury-added product, except in accordance with an allowable-use exemption listed in Annex C for which the Party is registered as provided in Article 8;
(أ) بصُنع أو إنتاج أي منتج مضاف إليه الزئبق، إلا وفقاً لإعفاء استخدام مسموح به مدرج في المرفق جيم يكون الطرف مسجلاً لأجله على النحو المنصوص عليه في المادة 8؛

Each Party registered for an allowable-use exemption listed in Annex C shall take appropriate measures to ensure that any production or use of a mercury-added product under the exemption is carried out in a manner that prevents or minimizes mercury releases to the environment and human exposure to mercury.]
