The framework will assist countries to elaborate strategies for the implementation of the Madrid Plan of Action at the national level by helping them to set national priorities and select approaches.
وسيُعين الإطار البلدان على وضع استراتيجيات لتنفيذ خطة عمل مدريد على الصعيد الوطني، عن طريق مساعدتها في تحديد أولويات وطنية واختيار النهج الواجب اتباعها.
