On 18 June 2007 the Council adopted two resolutions: resolution 5/1, on institution-building, and resolution 5/2, on the code of conduct for Special Procedures Mandate-holders.
وفي 18 حزيران/يونيه 2007، أصدر مجلس حقوق الإنسان قرارين هما القرار 5/1 بشأن البناء المؤسسي والقرار 5/2 بشأن مدونة قواعد سلوك المكلفين بولايات بموجب الإجراءات الخاصة.

2. Some of the judgements made in the opinion exceed the mandate of the Working Group and go against the code of conduct for Special Procedures Mandate-holders of the Human Rights Council.

In accordance with Human Rights Council resolution 5/2, the Working Group integrated into its methods of work the prescriptions of the code of conduct for Special Procedures Mandate-holders of the Human Rights Council relating to urgent appeals and has since applied them.
وطبقاً لقرار مجلس حقوق الإنسان 5/2، أدرج الفريق العامل في أساليب عمله الأحكام المتصلة بالنداءات العاجلة الواردة في مدونة قواعد سلوك المكلفين بولايات في إطار الإجراءات الخاصة لمجلس حقوق الإنسان وطبّقها منذ ذلك الوقت.
