To agree on terms of reference for the process of selecting regional and subregional centres for capacity-building and transfer of technology pursuant to paragraph 4 of Article 12 of the Convention;
(ح) الموافقة على اختصاصات لعملية انتقاء مراكز إقليمية ودون إقليمية لبناء القدرات ونقل التكنولوجيا، عملاً بأحكام الفقرة 4 من المادة 12 من الاتفاقية؛

(b) To request the Secretariat to develop draft terms of reference for the process of selecting regional and subregional centres for capacity-building and transfer of technology for consideration by the Conference of the Parties at its third meeting;
(ب) أن يطلب إلى الأمانة وضع مسودة صلاحيات من أجل عملية اختيار مراكز إقليمية ودون إقليمية لبناء القدرات ونقل التكنولوجيا كي ينظر فيها مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه الثالث؛

To request the nominated Stockholm Convention centres and those endorsed by the Conference of the Parties at its fourth meeting as regional and subregional centres for capacity-building and the transfer of technology to submit to the Secretariat their activity reports for the period 2009 - 2010 to the Secretariat by 31 December 2010;
(ج) يطلب إلى مراكز اتفاقية استكهولم المرشحة وإلى المراكز التي اعتمدها مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه الرابع بوصفها مراكز إقليمية ودون إقليمية لبناء القدرات ونقل التكنولوجيا، أن تقدم تقارير عن أنشطتها للفترة 2009 - 2010 إلى الأمانة بحلول 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2010.

(b) The Basel Convention regional centres, as well as other existing institutions within the chemicals and waste cluster, may be encouraged to serve as regional and subregional centres for capacity-building and the transfer of technology under the Stockholm Convention;
(ب) يجوز تشجيع المراكز الإقليمية لاتفاقية بازل وكذلك المؤسسات الأخرى القائمة في قطاع المواد الكيميائية والنفايات على العمل بصفتها مراكز إقليمية ودون إقليمية لبناء القدرات ونقل التكنولوجيا في إطار اتفاقية استكهولم؛

(h) Without prejudice to future decisions, the process of nominating centres to serve as regional and subregional centres for capacity-building and the transfer of environmentally sound technology under the Stockholm Convention may be facilitated by the Secretariat as appropriate and will be done within existing budgetary resources.
(ح) دون مساس بالمقررات التي تتخذ مستقبلاً، يجوز للأمانة أن تعمد، حسب الاقتضاء، إلى تيسير عملية ترشيح مراكز لتعمل بوصفها مراكز إقليمية ودون إقليمية لبناء القدرات ونقل التكنولوجيا السليمة بيئياً بموجب اتفاقية استكهولم، وأن تفعل ذلك في حدود موارد الميزانية القائمة.

As called for in paragraph 4 of article 12, the Conference of the Parties of the Stockholm Convention has developed and implemented arrangements establishing regional and subregional centres for capacitybuilding and transfer of technology.
23 - واستجابة لما تتطلبه الفقرة 4 من المادة 12، قام مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية استكهولم بتطوير وتنفيذ ترتيبات تنشئ مراكز إقليمية ودون إقليمية لبناء القدرات ونقل التكنولوجيا.

As called for in paragraph 4 of article 12 of the Convention, the Conference of the Parties has developed and implemented arrangements establishing regional and subregional centres for capacitybuilding and transfer of technology to assist developing country parties and parties with economies in transition to fulfil their obligations under the Convention.
31 - وبحسب ما جاء في الفقرة 4 من المادة 12 من الاتفاقية، قام مؤتمر الأطراف بوضع وتنفيذ ترتيبات لإنشاء مراكز إقليمية ودون إقليمية لبناء القدرات ونقل التكنولوجيا من أجل مساعدة البلدان النامية الأطراف والأطراف التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقال على الوفاء بالتزاماتها بموجب هذه الاتفاقية.

The Convention also foresees the establishment of regional and subregional centres for capacitybuilding and technology transfer to assist developing country Parties and Parties with economies in transition to fulfil their obligations under the Convention.
33 - وتتوقع الاتفاقية أيضاً إنشاء مراكز إقليمية ودون إقليمية لبناء القدرات ونقل التكنولوجيا لمساعدة البلدان النامية الأطراف، والأطراف التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقال، على الوفاء بالتزاماتها بموجب الاتفاقية.
