7- وقرّر المؤتمر في قراره 1/2 أن تُستعمل، قبل انعقاد دورته الثانية، قائمة مرجعية للتقييم الذاتي من أجل تيسير جمع المعلومات عن تنفيذ الاتفاقية.

1. Decides that a self-assessment checklist shall be used as a tool to facilitate the provision of information on implementation of the United Nations Convention against Corruption prior to the second session of the Conference of the States Parties;
1- يقرّر أن تُستعمَل قائمة مرجعية للتقييم الذاتي كأداة لتيسير تقديم معلومات عن تنفيذ اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد قبل انعقاد الدورة الثانية لمؤتمر الدول الأطراف؛

UNODC has actively supported States parties in their information-gathering efforts, specifically by preparing a self-assessment checklist designed to comply with resolution 1/2.
وقد نشط مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة في دعم الدول الأطراف فيما تبذلـه من جهود في جمع المعلومات، وبخاصة بإعداد قائمة مرجعية للتقييم الذاتي مصمّمة بقصد الامتثال للقرار 1/2.

In this respect, it is worth recalling that in its resolution 1/2, the Conference of the States Parties decided that a self-assessment checklist shall be used as a tool to facilitate the provision of information on implementation of the Convention.
5- وفي هذا الصدد، تجدر الإشارة إلى أن مؤتمر الدول الأطراف قرّر في قراره 1/2 أن تُستعمَل قائمة مرجعية للتقييم الذاتي كأداة لتيسير تقديم معلومات عن تنفيذ الاتفاقية.

(b) That a self-assessment checklist or questionnaire be used as an initial step for gathering information on legislation and general policies.
(ب) أن تُستخدم قائمة مرجعية للتقييم الذاتي أو استبيان كخطوة أولية لجمع المعلومات عن التشريعات والسياسات العامة.

The Conference decided in its resolution 1/2 that a self-assessment checklist should be used as a tool to facilitate the provision of information on the implementation of the Convention prior to the second session of the Conference.
4- قرّر المؤتمر في قراره 1/2 أن تستعمل قائمة مرجعية للتقييم الذاتي كأداة لتيسير تقديم المعلومات عن تنفيذ الاتفاقية قبل دورة المؤتمر الثانية.

At its first session, held in Jordan in December 2006, the Conference decided that a self-assessment checklist be used as a tool to facilitate the provision of information on the implementation of the Convention by States parties and signatories.
8- وقرّر المؤتمر، في دورته الأولى المعقودة في الأردن في كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2006، أن تُستخدم قائمة مرجعية للتقييم الذاتي كأداة لتيسير توفير المعلومات عن تنفيذ الدول الأطراف والموقعة للاتفاقية.

In its resolution 1/2, the Conference decided that a self-assessment checklist should be used as a tool to facilitate the provision of information on the implementation of the Convention and requested the Secretariat to finalize the self-assessment checklist and to distribute it to States parties and signatories as soon as possible to begin the process of information-gathering.
53- قرّر المؤتمر، في قراره 1/2، أن تستعمل قائمة مرجعية للتقييم الذاتي كأداة لتيسير تقديم معلومات عن تنفيذ الاتفاقية، وطلب إلى الأمانة أن تفرغ من وضع القائمة المرجعية للتقييم الذاتي وتوزيعها على الدول الأطراف والدول الموقّعة في أقرب وقت من أجل بدء عملية جمع المعلومات.

2. Requests the Secretariat to finalize a self-assessment checklist no later than two months after the conclusion of the first session of the Conference of the States Parties, using as a model the draft self-assessment checklist contained in document CAC/COSP/2006/L.3, in consultation with and reflecting input from States parties and signatories;
2- يطلب إلى الأمانة أن تفرغ من وضع قائمة مرجعية للتقييم الذاتي في غضون فترة لا تتجاوز شهرين بعد اختتام دورته الأولى، مستعملة في ذلك مشروعَ القائمة المرجعية للتقييم الذاتي الواردة في الوثيقة CAC/COSP/2006/L.3 نموذجا، ومتشاورة في ذلك مع الدول الأطراف والموقّعة ومجسدة فيها إسهامات تلك الدول؛

In its resolution 1/2, the Conference decided that a self-assessment checklist should be used as a tool to facilitate the provision of information on implementation of the Convention and requested the Secretariat to finalize such a tool in consultation with and reflecting input from States parties and signatories.
وقد قرّر المؤتمر في قراره 1/2 أن تستعمل قائمة مرجعية للتقييم الذاتي كأداة لتيسير تقديم المعلومات عن تنفيذ الاتفاقية، وطلب إلى الأمانة أن تضع هذه الأداة في صيغتها النهائية بالتشاور مع الدول الأطراف والدول الموقّعة بحيث تجسِّد المساهمات المقدّمة منها.

UNODC is developing a comprehensive self-assessment checklist, pursuant to Conference resolutions 1/2 and 2/1 (see paras. 10, 39 and 71).
