وكلف المؤتمر الفريق العامل بإعداد إطار مرجعي لآلية استعراض لينظر فيه المؤتمر ويتخذ إجراء بشأنه وربما يعتمده في دورته الثالثة. ودعا الدول الأطراف والدول الموقعة إلى تقديم مقترحات بشأن الإطار المرجعي.

The Conference also tasked the Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group on Review of the Implementation of the Convention with preparing terms of reference for a review mechanism for consideration, action and possible adoption by the Conference at its third session and called upon States parties and signatories to submit proposals for the terms of reference.
وكلّف المؤتمرُ أيضا الفريقَ العامل الحكومي الدولي المفتوح العضوية المعني باستعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية بإعداد إطار مرجعي لآلية استعراض لينظر فيه المؤتمر ويتخذ إجراء بشأنه وربما يعتمده في دورته الثالثة ودعا الدول الأطراف والدول الموقّعة إلى تقديم مقترحات بشأن الإطار المرجعي.

She recalled the mandate of the Working Group to develop terms of reference for a review mechanism having the characteristics set out in Conference resolutions 1/1 and 2/1; and commended the progress made by the Working Group in the development of a rolling text on the basis of the proposals submitted by States parties.
وأشارت المديرة إلى ولاية الفريق العامل الحكومي الدولي المفتوح العضوية المعني باستعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية والمتمثّلة في وضع إطار مرجعي لآلية استعراض تتوافر فيها السمات المبيّنة في القرارين 1/1 و2/1 الصادرين عن مؤتمر الدول الأطراف.
