مرفق مشروع المقرر [باء/م أ-6]: الطرائق والإجراءات اللازمة للآلية تنمية نظيفة

For the purpose of this annex, the definitions in paragraph 1 of the annex to decision 17/CP.7 and the definitions of forest, reforestation and afforestation in paragraph 1 of the annex to draft decision 16/CMP.1, shall apply.
1- لأغراض هذا المرفق، تنطبق التعاريف الواردة في الفقرة 1 من مرفق المقرر 17/م أ-7 وتعاريف الغابة وإعادة التحريج والتحريج الواردة في الفقرة 1 من مرفق مشروع المقرر 16/م أإ-1.

It maintains its commitment period reserve in accordance with paragraphs 6 to 9 in the annex to draft decision -/CP.7 (Article 17).
(ح) إذا كان يحتفظ باحتياطي فترة التزامه وفقا للفقرات 6 إلى 9 الواردة في مرفق مشروع المقرر

The revised draft standard form is set out in the annex to the draft decision for consideration by the Conference of the Parties.
ويرد مشروع الاستمارة الموحدة المنقحة في مرفق مشروع المقرر وذلك لنظر مؤتمر الأطراف.

The Committee decided to forward the draft as set out in the annex to the draft decision contained in the present note to the Conference of the Parties for consideration at its first meeting.

Decides to incorporate the technical guidance on methodologies for adjustments under Article 5, paragraph 2, of the Kyoto Protocol, contained below in the annex to this decision, into the annex of draft decision -/CMP.1 (Article 5.2) attached to decision 21/CP.7;1
1- يقرر إدراج الإرشادات التقنية بشأن منهجيات التعديل بموجب الفقرة 2 من المادة 5 من بروتوكول كيوتو الواردة في مرفق هذا المقرر في مرفق مشروع المقرر -/م أإ-1 (المادة 5-2) الملحق بالمقرر 21/م أ-7()؛

1. Adopts the standard electronic format for reporting Kyoto Protocol units in accordance with paragraph 2 of section E of the guidelines for the preparation of the information required under Article 7 of the Kyoto Protocol (annex to draft decision -/CMP.1 (Article 7), attached to decision 22/CP.7);
1- يعتمد النموذج الإلكتروني الموحد للإبلاغ عن الوحدات التي يشملها نطاق بروتوكول كيوتو وفقاً للفقرة 2 من الجزء هاء من المبادئ التوجيهية لإعداد المعلومات المطلوبة بموجب المادة 7 من بروتوكول كيوتو (مرفق مشروع المقرر -/م أإ-1 (المادة 7) الملحق بالمقرر 22/م أ-7)؛

" Carbon pools " are those carbon pools referred to in paragraph 21 of the annex to draft decision -/CMP.1 (Land use, land-use change and forestryLULUICFLand use, land-use change and forestry) and are: above-ground biomass, below-ground biomass, litter, dead wood and soil organic carbon;
(أ) " مجمعات الكربـون " هي مجمعات الكربون المشار إليها في الفقرة 21 من مرفق مشروع المقرر -/م أإ-1 (استخدام الأراضي وتغيير استخدام الأراضي والحراجة) وهي: الكتلة الإحيائية فوق الأرض، والكتلة الإحيائية تحت الأرض، والقمامة، والحطب، وكربون التربة العضوي؛

Recalling its decision 11/CP.7, in particular paragraphs 10 and 11 of the annex to draft decision /CMP.1 (Land use, land-use change and forestry) attached thereto,
إذ يشير إلى مقرره 11/م أ-7، وبخاصة الفقرتين 10 و11 من مرفق مشروع المقرر -/م إ أ-1 (استخدام الأراضي وتغيير استخدام الأراضي والحراجة) الملحق به،

For the purpose of accounting as required in paragraph 18 of the annex to draft decision -/CMP.1 (Land use, land-use change and forestry) attached to decision 11/CP.7, an indication of the year of the onset of an activity, if after 2008.
3-1-7 لأغراض الحساب المطلوب في الفقرة 18 من مرفق مشروع المقرر -/م أإ-1 (استخدام الأراضي وتغيير استخدام الأراضي والحراجة) الملحق بالمقرر 11/م أ-7، يشار إلى سنة بدء النشاط إذا كان ذلك بعد سنة 2008.

Finally, the secretariat has prepared a draft decision for adoption by the COP, at its eleventh session, that recommends the incorporation of the technical guidance (which includes the elements relating to LULUCF) into the annex to draft decision -/CMP.1 (Article 5.2) attached to decision 21/CP.7.
11- وأخيراً أعدت الأمانة مشروع مقرر لكي يعتمده مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته الحادية عشرة يوصي بإدراج الإرشادات التقنية (التي تشمل العناصر ذات الصلة باستخدام الأراضي وتغير استخدام الأراضي والحراجة) في مرفق مشروع المقرر -/م أإ-1 (المادة 5-2) المرفق بالمقرر 21/م أ-7.

25. The proposed amendment to paragraph 19.11 (d) of the annex to draft decision A/C.3/63/L.79 was rejected by 105 votes to 4, with 55 abstentions.
25 - رُفض التعديل المقترح للفقرة 19-11 (د) من مرفق مشروع المقرر A/C.3/63/L.79، وذلك بأغلبية 105 صوتا مقابل 4 أصوات مع امتناع 55 دولة عن التصويت.

As Afforestation and Reforestation are subject to the same provisions specified in the annex to draft decision -/CMP.1 (Land use, land-use change and forestry), attached to decision 11/CP.7, they can be reported together.
ولما كانت أنشطة التحريج وإعادة التحريج خاضعة لنفس الأحكام المبيَّنة في مرفق مشروع المقرر - /م أإ-1 (استخدام الأراضي وتغيير استخدام الأراضي والحراجة)، الملحق بالمقرر 11/م أ-7، فإنه يمكن إبلاغ هذه الأنشطة معاً.

Spatial assessment unit used for determining the area of the units of land under Article 3.3 (in accordance with paragraph 3 of the annex to draft decision -/CMP.1 (Land use, land-use change and forestry), attached to decision 11/CP.7)

1- يعتمد النموذج الإلكتروني الموحد للإبلاغ عن الوحدات التي يشملها نطاق بروتوكول كيوتو وتعليمات الإبلاغ على النحو الوارد في مرفق هذا المقرر، وفقاً للفقرة 2 من الجزء هاء من المبادئ التوجيهية لإعداد المعلومات المطلوبة بموجب المادة 7 من بروتوكول كيوتو (مرفق مشروع المقرر -/م أإ-1 (المادة 7)؛

7. At the same meeting, the Secretary of the Committee made a statement and orally amended the annex to the draft decision by inserting a new item in section A, after item 11, and in section B, after item 14, reading:
٧ - وفي الجلسة نفسها أدلى أمين اللجنة ببيان وعدل مرفق مشروع المقرر شفويا. حيث أدرج بندا جديدا في الفرع ألف بعد البند ١١، وفي الفرع باء بعد البند ١٤، عنوانه:

A proposed work programme for 2014 - 2015, for the consideration of the Conference of the Parties, is set out in the annex to the draft decision included in section III below.
5 - ويرد برنامج عمل مقترح للفترة 2014-2015، كي ينظر فيه مؤتمر الأطراف، في مرفق مشروع المقرر الوارد في الفرع الثالث أدناه.
