The Working Group noted that any time frame to be agreed for the completion of the project should take into account the time necessary to consider and address issues of conflicts of interest in revisions to the Model Law and the Guide.

وتعتبر أي معلومات تقدم إلى الهيئة الاستشارية المعنية بتسوية المنازعات وأي مشورة تقدم منها سريةً ولا تستخدم لأي غرض بخلاف النظر في مسائل تضارب المصالح بموجب هذه المبادئ التوجيهية، دون موافقة صريحة من جانب الفرد الذي قدم المعلومات أو الطالب للمشورة، حسب الاقتضاء.

Any of the bodies involved in advising and deciding on conflict of interest issues in respect of individuals under the conflict of interest policy should consult the individual affected if it has concerns about a potential conflict of interest and/or requires clarification of any matter arising out of a conflict of interest disclosure form.
1 - ينبغي لأي هيئة من الهيئات المشاركة في تقديم المشورة بشأن مسائل تضارب المصالح والبت فيها بالنسبة للأفراد في إطار سياسة تضارب المصالح أن تتشاور مع الفرد المتأثر إذا كان لدى تلك الهيئة شواغل بشأن تضارب محتمل في المصالح و/أو تطلب توضيحاً لأي أمور ناشئة عن استمارة الإفصاح عن تضارب المصالح.

4 - ولا يجوز لأعضاء الهيئات المشاركة في بحث مسائل تضارب المصالح النظر في الحالات التي يكونون هم أنفسهم أطرافاً فيها، وعليهم أن يعلنوا عدم أهليتهم عند بحث الهيئة ذات الصلة في تضارب مصالح محتمل يتعلق بهم.

Subject to the requirement to notify the existence of a conflict of interest to others under rule 9, the information referred to in this rule will be considered confidential and will not be used for any purpose other than the consideration of conflict of interest issues under these implementation procedures without the express consent of the individual providing the information.
2 - ورهناً بشرط الاخطار عن وجود تضارب في المصالح للآخرين بموجب المادة 9، تعتبر المعلومات المشار إليها في هذه المادة معلومات سرية، ولا تستخدم لأي غرض آخر غير النظر في مسائل تضارب المصالح في إطار إجراءات التنفيذ هذه دون الحصول على قبول صريح من الفرد الذي قدم المعلومات.
