30. Encourages the Government of Rwanda to provide its full support to the mandate of the National Human Rights Commission, including adequate funding, to enable it to investigate violations of human rights and to sensitize and train the Rwandese population, and invites the international community to assist the Government of Rwanda in this regard;
30- تشجع حكومة رواندا على توفير دعمها الكامل لولاية اللجنة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان، بما في ذلك التمويل المناسب، لتمكينها من التحقيق في انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان، وتوعية وتدريب السكان الروانديين، وتدعو المجتمع الدولي إلى مساعدة حكومة رواندا في هذا المضمار؛

21. Reiterates its concern at the conditions in many communal detention centres and some prisons in Rwanda, calls upon the Government of Rwanda to continue its efforts to ensure that persons in detention are treated in a manner that respects their human rights, emphasizes the need for greater attention and resources to be directed to this problem, and again urges the international community to assist the Government of Rwanda in this area;
٢١ - تكرر اﻹعراب عن قلقها إزاء اﻷوضاع في العديد من مراكز الاحتجاز المحلية وبعض السجون في رواندا، وتدعو حكومة رواندا الى مواصلة جهودها لضمان معاملة المحتجزين بصورة تحترم حقوقهم اﻹنسانية، وتؤكد ضرورة توجيه المزيد من الاهتمام والموارد لهذه المشكلة، وتحث المجتمع الدولي مرة أخرى على مساعدة حكومة رواندا في هذا المجال؛

(b) assist the Government of Rwanda in facilitating the voluntary and safe return of refugees and their reintegration in their home communities, and, to that end, to support the Government of Rwanda in its ongoing efforts to promote a climate of confidence and trust through the performance of monitoring tasks throughout the country with military and police observers;
