Per Secretariat-General memorandum 76/3 (9 January 2007), three States (Djibouti, Somalia and the Comoros) were asked to settle their contributions for 2006 and 2007, pursuant to resolution 6652 (4 March 2006) of the 125th ordinary session of the Council of the League at ministerial level;
- تم الطلب ضمن مذكرة الأمانة العامة رقم 76/3 بتاريخ 9/1/2007 من الدول الثلاث (جيبوتي - الصومال - جزر القمر) بسداد مساهماتها عن عامي 2006 و 2007 بناءا على قرار مجلس الجامعة على المستوى الوزاري رقم 6652 د.ع (125) بتاريخ 4/3/2006.

Invited parties to note that contributions to the operational budget for a calendar year were expected on 1 January of that year and urged parties in a position to do so to pay their contributions promptly and in full and, in that regard, requested that parties should be notified of the amount of their contributions for a given year by 15 October of the previous year.
(د) دعوة الأطراف إلى ملاحظة أن المساهمات في الميزانية التشغيلية لعام تقويمي يُتوقع تسديدها في 1 كانون الثاني/يناير من ذلك العام، وحث الأطراف القادرة على ذلك أن تسدد مساهماتها فوراً وبالكامل، وطلب، في هذا الصدد، ضرورة إبلاغ الأطراف بمبلغ مساهماتها عن عام بعينه في موعد أقصاه 15 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر من العام السابق عليه.
