واسمحوا لي أن أنقل في مستهل كلامي أعمق آليات تعاطفنا وتعازينا إلى الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية حكومة وشعبا، بمناسبة ما سببه الإعصار كاترينا من إزهاق للأرواح ومن دمار واسع النطاق.
