(i) Such mercury or mercury compounds will be used only for a use allowed to a Party under this Convention; and

(i) Mercury and mercury compounds that are not intended to be sold, distributed in commerce, used or exported for the purposes of a use allowed to a Party under this Convention;
' 1` الزئبق ومركَبات الزئبق التي لا يُقصد بها بيعها أو توزيعها بطريق التجارة أو استخدامها أو تصديرها لأغراض استخدام مسموح به لطرف بموجب هذه الاتفاقية؛

For the purposes of this article, " commodity mercury " means elemental mercury and mercury compounds that are destined for a use allowed to a Party under this Convention.]

[(i) The objective set out in Article 12 that all mercury from primary mercury mining and the supply sources listed in Annex A is stored in an environmentally sound manner, subject to a use allowed to a Party under this Convention; and]

2 - يتخذ كل طرف تدابير لكفالة الاضطلاع بتخزين هذا الزئبق المقصود به استخدام مسموح به لطرف بموجب هذه الاتفاقية بطريقة سليمة بيئياً.

2. Each Party shall take measures to ensure that the storage of such mercury and mercury compounds intended for a use allowed to a Party under this Convention is undertaken in an environmentally sound manner.
2 - يتخذ كل طرف تدابير لكفالة الاضطلاع بتخزين الزئبق ومركبات الزئبق المقصود بها استخدام مسموح به لطرف بموجب هذه الاتفاقية بطريقة سليمة بيئياً.

2. Each Party shall take measures to ensure that the interim storage of such mercury and mercury compounds intended for a use allowed to a Party under this Convention is undertaken in an environmentally sound manner, taking into account any guidelines, and in accordance with any requirements, adopted pursuant to paragraph 3.
2 - يتخذ كل طرف تدابير لكفالة الاضطلاع بالتخزين المؤقّت للزئبق ومركبات الزئبق المخصصة لاستخدام مسموح به لطرف ما بموجب هذه الاتفاقية بطريقة سليمة بيئياً، آخذاً في الاعتبار أي مبادئ توجيهية ووفقاً لأي اشتراطات اعتمدت عملاً بالفقرة 3.

2. Each Party shall take measures to ensure that the storage of such mercury and mercury compounds intended for a use allowed to a Party under this Convention is undertaken in an environmentally sound manner taking account of any guidelines, and in accordance with any requirements, adopted pursuant to Article 13.
2 - يتخذ كل طرف تدابير لكفالة الاضطلاع بتخزين الزئبق ومركبات الزئبق المخصصة لاستخدام مسموح به لطرف بموجب هذه الاتفاقية بطريقة سليمة بيئياً، آخذاً في الاعتبار أي مبادئ توجيهية ووفقاً لأي اشتراطات تم اعتمادها عملاً بالمادة 13.

[(c) Not allow the export of mercury or mercury compounds [from supply sources listed in Annex A,] [from the identified sources] except [as provided in Article 4] [ for the purpose of environmentally sound storage or disposal or for a use allowed to a Party under this Convention; and];]
