In that connection, I urge those Member States wishing to submit draft resolutions and decisions to the Committee to kindly observe the following procedure.

9. The Chairman suggested, in keeping with the decision reached earlier, that the Rapporteur be authorized to re-work the draft resolutions and decisions of the Committee to conform to the format used in the General Assembly and to submit them directly to the Assembly.

15. The Chairman proposed that, pursuant to a decision taken by the Committee at its organizational meeting on 12 February 2002, the Rapporteur should be authorized to bring the Committee's draft resolutions and decisions into line with General Assembly format and submit them directly to the Assembly.
15 - اقترح الرئيس أن يؤذن للمقرر، عملا بالمقرر الذي اتخذته اللجنة في جلستها التنظيمية المعقودة في 12 شباط/ فبراير 2002، بأن يجعل مشاريع قرارات ومقررات اللجنة متسقة مع الصياغة المعتمدة في الجمعية العامة وأن يقدمها مباشرة إلى الجمعية.

At the 18th meeting, on 9 August, and at its 23rd and 24th meetings, on 12 August 2004, representatives of the Administration Section of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights made statements in connection with the programme budget implications of several draft resolutions and decisions considered by the SubCommission.

3. The representatives of the European Union shall not have the right to vote, to co-sponsor draft resolutions or decisions, or to put forward candidates.

At its 10th meeting, on 24 June 2005, the Special Committee, on the proposal of the Chairman, authorized the Rapporteur to reformulate the Committee's draft resolutions into the format of the General Assembly and to submit directly to the Assembly the report in accordance with established practice and procedure.
