٣ - الرئيس ذكﱠر اللجنة بأن المؤتمر العام كان قد أحال إليها البنود من ٧ إلى ٢٦ ﻹجراء مناقشة مركزة بشأنها بهدف إعداد مشاريع مقررات وقرارات بتوافق اﻵراء لعرضها على الجلسـة العامـة .

)ج( قرر كذلك أن يحيل البنود من ٨ الى ٠٢ الى اللجنة الرئيسية لاجراء مناقشة أكثر تركيزا بشأنها، بهدف اعداد مشاريع مقررات وقرارات بتوافق اﻵراء لعرضها على المؤتمر بكامل هيئته، وطلب الى رئيسة اللجنة الرئيسية، وفقا للمقرر م ع-٣/م-١١، أن تقدم الى المؤتمر في يوم ٣ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ٩٩٩١ تقريرا خطيا عن أعمال تلك اللجنة.

(ج) قرر كذلك أن يحيل البنود مـن 7 إلى 17 و19 إلى اللجنة الرئيسية لاجراء مناقشة أكثر تركيزا بشأنها، بهدف اعداد مشاريع مقررات وقرارات بتوافق الآراء لعرضها على المؤتمر بكامل هيئته، وطلب إلى رئيس اللجنة الرئيسية، وفقا للمقرر م ع-3/م-11، أن يقدم إلى المؤتمر في يوم 7 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2001 تقريرا خطيا عن أعمال تلك اللجنة؛

(ب) أن يقرر كذلك إحالة البنود 7 إلى 17 و 19 من جدول الأعمال إلى اللجنة الرئيسية لإجراء مناقشة أكثر تركيزا، بهدف إعداد مشاريع مقررات وقرارات بتوافق الآراء لتقديمها إلى الجلسة العامة، وأن يطلب إلى رئيس اللجنة الرئيسية أن يقدم تقريرا كتابيا عن أعمالها إلى المؤتمر في 2 كانـون الأول/ديسمبر 2005، وفقا للمقـرر م ع-3/م-11.

)ج( قرر كذلك أن يحيل البنود من ٧ الى ٦٢ الى اللجنة الرئيسية لاجراء مناقشة أكثر تركيزا بشأنها ، بهدف اعداد مشاريع مقررات وقرارات بتوافق اﻵراء لعرضها على المؤتمر بكامل هيئته ، وطلب الى رئيس اللجنة الرئيسية ، وفقا للمقرر م ع-٣/م-١١ ، أن يقدم الى المؤتمر في يوم ٤ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ٧٩٩١ تقريرا خطيا عن أعمال تلك اللجنة .
