The PRESIDENT invited the Conference to consider the draft final declaration (CCW/CONF.III/7/Add.7) together with the draft amendments to it which had not yet been submitted to the Drafting Committee, and which had been circulated in an informal paper.

The President invited the Conference to consider the two documents that would form the basis for the final document of the Conference, namely, the outline of the draft final declaration submitted by the Chairman of the Committee of the Whole (BWC/CONF.VII/COW/CRP.2) and the elements for the draft final document submitted by himself (BWC/CONF.VII/CRP.1).
4- الرئيس، دعا المؤتمر إلى النظر في الوثيقتين اللتين ستشكلان أساس الوثيقة الختامية للمؤتمر، وهما موجز مشروع الإعلان الختامي المقدم من رئيس اللجنة الجامعة (BWC/CONF.VII/COW/CRP.2) وعناصر مشروع الوثيقة الختامية الذي قدمه هو نفسه (BWC/CONF.VII/CRP.1).

2. Mr. COSTEA (Romania), Chairman of the Committee of the Whole, said that the Committee had completed its first reading of the draft final declaration included in the unofficial document that had been distributed on 24 November, for which he was responsible.
