50- بعد أن اختتم الفريق العامل نظره في مشروع الحكم بصيغته التي أعدتها الأمانة، طلب من فريق صياغة غير رسمي مؤلف من الوفود المهتمة أن يعد، استنادا الى الاعتبارات التي أبديت في الفريق العامل، مشروع حكم يتخذ أساسا للمناقشات اللاحقة.

Having recalled its earlier deliberation of the matter of incorporation by reference, and the draft texts proposed as its previous sessions (A/CN.9/WG.IV/WP.71, paras. 77-93), the Working Group was invited to consider the matter of incorporation by reference in an electronic context on the basis of a proposed draft provision (A/CN.9/WG.IV/WP.74, Annex), which read as follows:
