In accordance with the decisions of the Working Group at its fifty-eighth session (A/CN.9/765, para. 14), the Secretariat has prepared the draft text of a convention on transparency, as well as a draft recommendation, in order to provide possible means of application of the rules on transparency to disputes arising under existing investment treaties, for the consideration of the Commission.
8- ووفقاً لما قرّره الفريق العامل في دورته الثامنة والخمسين (A/CN.9/765، الفقرة 14)، أعدت الأمانة مشروع نص اتفاقية بشأن الشفافية، بالإضافة إلى مشروع توصية بغية إتاحة ما يمكن من سبل تطبيق قواعد الشفافية على المنازعات الناشئة في إطار معاهدات الاستثمار القائمة، لتنظر فيها اللجنة.

4. Decides that the Ad Hoc Committee shall hold, within existing resources, prior to the sixty-first session of the General Assembly, two sessions in 2006, one of fifteen working days from 16 January to 3 February, in order to achieve a complete reading of the draft text of a convention prepared by the Chairman of the Ad Hoc Committee and one of ten working days from 7 to 18 August;

The Ad Hoc Committee met twice yearly, and on 25 August 2006 the Committee, during its eighth session, adopted the draft text of the convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, including an optional protocol, as a whole, without a vote.
واجتمعت اللجنة المخصصة مرتين سنويا، وفي 25 آب/أغسطس 2006 اعتمدت اللجنة أثناء دورتها الثامنة، ككل وبدون تصويت، مشروع نص اتفاقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، بما في ذلك بروتوكول اختياري.

8. In accordance with General Assembly resolution 55/188, the issue of preventing and combating the transfer of funds of illicit origin and the return of such funds was covered by the draft text of the convention against corruption currently under negotiation in Vienna.
