In its resolution 1999/35, the Commission requested the Special Rapporteur to submit to it, on an annual basis, his findings, together with conclusions and recommendations, as well as such other reports as the Special Rapporteur deemed necessary in order to keep the Commission informed.
وفي القرار 1999/35، طلبت اللجنة إلى المقررة الخاصة أن تقدم إليها، على أساس سنوي، النتائج التي تتوصل إليها مشفوعة باستنتاجاتها وتوصياتها، بالإضافة إلى ما تراه ضروريا من تقارير أخرى من أجل إبقاء اللجنة على علم بالتطورات.
