105. It was further reported that the Government of Bosnia and Herzegovina was allegedly informed of the secret detention of a number of their nationals or residents and provided no information of their fate or whereabouts to their respective families.
105- وتفيد المعلومات أيضاً بأن حكومة البوسنة والهرسك تعلم باحتجاز عدد من مواطنيها أو من الأشخاص المقيمين فيها سرياً ولا تقدم معلومات عن مصيرهم أو عن أماكن إقامتهم لذويهم.

218. There were also reports that the Government of Germany was allegedly informed of the secret detention of a number of their nationals and provided no information of their fate or whereabouts to their respective families.
218- وتفيد تقارير أخرى أنه يدعى أن حكومة ألمانيا أُبلغت باحتجاز سري لعدد من مواطنيها، ولم تقدم أية معلومات لأسرهم عن مصيرهم أو مكانهم.

538. There were also reports that the Government of Sweden was allegedly informed by the secret detention of a number of persons falling under its jurisdiction or protection and provided no information of their fate or whereabouts to their respective families.
538- وأفادت التقارير أيضاً بأنه يُزعم أن حكومة السويد أُبلغت بالاحتجاز السري لعدد من الأشخاص الخاضعين لولايتها القضائية أو حمايتها ولم تقدم لعائلاتهم أية معلومات عن مصيرهم أو مكان وجودهم.

599. There were also reports that the Government of the United Kingdom was allegedly informed of the secret detention of a number of their residents and provided no information of their fate or whereabouts to their respective families.
599- ووردت كذلك تقارير تدّعي أن حكومة المملكة المتحدة أُبلغت عن الاحتجاز السري لعدد من الأشخاص المقيمين فيها ولم تقدم أي معلومات عن مصيرهم أو مكانهم إلى أسرهم.

26. By virtue of this article, States parties undertake to provide the greatest extent of mutual assistance in all matters relating to the assistance of victims of enforced disappearance and in the search of their fate or whereabouts.
26- بموجب هذه المادة، تلتزم الدول الأطراف بتقديم أقصى ما يمكن من المساعدة المتبادلة في جميع المسائل المتعلقة بمساعدة ضحايا الاختفاء القسري وفي تقصي مصيرهم أو أماكن وجودهم.

5. The accused subsequently refused, or was aware of a refusal, to acknowledge the deprivation of freedom or to give information on the fate or whereabouts of such person or persons.
