The Committee draws the State party attention to its general comment No. 6 (2005) on the treatment of unaccompanied and separated children outside their country of origin.

45. The Committee recommends that the State party take into account its general comment No. 6 (2005) on treatment of unaccompanied and separated children outside their country of origin, and:
45- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تأخذ في الاعتبار تعليقها العام رقم 6(2005) بشأن معاملة الأطفال غير المصحوبين والمنفصلين عن ذويهم خارج بلد منشئهم، والقيام بما يلي:

In this regard, the Committee recommends that the State party take note of the Committee's general comment No. 6 (CRC/GC/2005/6) on the treatment of unaccompanied and separated children outside their country of origin;
وتوصي اللجنة في هذا الصدد بأن تحيط الدولة الطرف علماً بتعليق اللجنة العام رقم 6 (CRC/GC/2005/6) بشأن معاملة الأطفال غير المصحوبين والمنفصلين عن ذويهم خارج بلد منشئهم؛

In this regard, the Committee recommends that the State party take note of the Committee's general comment No. 6 (2005) on the treatment of unaccompanied and separated children outside their country of origin;
وفي هذا الصدد، توصي اللجنة بأن تحيط علماً الدولة الطرف بالتعليق العام للجنة رقم 6(2005) بشأن معاملة الأطفال غير المصحوبين والمنفصلين عن ذويهم خارج بلدهم الأصلي؛

In this regard it recommends that the State party be guided by the Committee's general comment No. 6 (2005) on the treatment of unaccompanied and separated children outside their country of origin.
وتوصي في هذا الصدد بأن تسترشد الدولة الطرف بتعليق اللجنة العام رقم 6(2005) بشأن معاملة الأطفال غير المصحوبين والمنفصلين عن ذويهم خارج بلدهم الأصلي.

(14) In this regard, the Committee recommends that the State party take note of the Committee's general comment No. 6 (2005), in particular paragraphs 54 to 60, on the treatment of unaccompanied and separated children outside their country of origin. Arms exports
(14) وتوصي اللجنة في هذا الصدد بأن تحيط الدولة الطرف علماً بتعليق اللجنة العام رقم 6(2005)، ولا سيما الفقرات 54-60 منه، بشأن معاملة الأطفال غير المصحوبين والمنفصلين عن ذويهم خارج بلدهم الأصلي.

(21) In this respect, the Committee further wishes to draw the attention of the State party to the Committee's general comment No. 6 (2005) on treatment of unaccompanied and separated children outside their country of origin.

The Committee also recommends that States parties take into account the Committee's general comment No. 6 (2005) on the treatment of unaccompanied and separated children outside of their country of origin.
كما توصي اللجنة الدول الأطراف بمراعاة تعليق اللجنة العام رقم 6(2005) بشأن معاملة الأطفال غير المصحوبين والمنفصلين عن ذويهم خارج بلدهم الأصلي.

In this regard, the Committee urges the State party to take into account the Committee's general comment No. 6 (2005) on the treatment of unaccompanied and separated children outside their country of origin.
وتحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف، في هذا الصدد، على أن تأخذ في الاعتبار التعليق العام رقم 6(2005) الذي قدمته اللجنة بشأن معاملة الأطفال غير المصحوبين والمنفصلين عن ذويهم خارج بلدهم الأصلي.
