7. 7- وفيما يتعلق بانطباق المعايير الموضوعية للقانون الإنساني الدولي، يتفق المقرر الخاص مع النتيجة التي انتهت إليها مواقف اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر والمحكمة العليا الإسرائيلية بإمكانها تطبيق معايير هذا القانون في جملته فيما يتعلق بالنزاع المسلح الدولي.

When carrying out procedural steps provided for by this Code in the territory of the Republic of Armenia upon enquiry of the competent authorities of a foreign state, courts, prosecutors, investigators, inquest bodies of the Republic of Armenia shall apply the norms of this Code with exceptions provided for by corresponding international treaties.
2- وفي حالة اتخاذ الخطوات الإجرائية المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون في إقليم جمهورية أرمينيا بناء على تحقيق أجرته السلطات المختصة لدولة أجنبية، تقوم الدولة أو المحاكم أو وكلاء النيابة أو المحققون أو هيئات التحقيق بجمهورية أرمينيا بتطبيق معايير هذا القانون مع مراعاة الاستثناءات المنصوص عليها في المعاهدات الدولية المقابلة.
